Dear MsAdelmann,Life Time previously honored to upgrade Mr [redacted] membership from the Gold level to the Platinum level membership to have access to the Rochester Hills club We did not state Mr [redacted] would have access to the Scottsdale and Syosset club locations, as those are Onyx and Diamond level clubs respectively If Mr [redacted] wishes to have access to those higher level clubs, he would need to upgrade his membership as any other member would be subject too Life Time reserves the right to determine the level of the club and the pricing in which a member must pay to have access to the facility The level of membership is based upon the operating costs to acquire property, build a club, staff the facility, and operate Please let us know if you have any further questions.Dustin O.Member [email protected]
