In regards to Ms [redacted] request for a free credit towards her next class, I searched our VM records and emails but the only contact I have from Ms [redacted] indicating she didn't recieve a card is from May 7th of this yearOur policy on lost cards is that students must notify us within a reasonable amount of time for a replacement or they are charged a reprint feeSo, as a courtesy I'll be mailing a reprinted card for Ms [redacted] tomorrow, but I will not be issuing a credit for a free class as I have no records she made any attempt to contact us prior to May 7th of this year

[redacted] , We sent out an email to all students who took classes in November, we had a failure with a new system we implemented and some cards didn't go out, unfortunately we were not able to track which ones and we're doing our best to correct itIf you would please send an email to [email protected] with your name, address and class date we'll get a new card sent out to youI'll have to pull the hard copy of your file to verify your attendance, but it should arrive in about days I can also make sure once it's printed that you receive a hard copy in your email Thanks, [redacted]

I can no longer access this complaint for the file number, however I looked up [redacted] records here and her card was mailed out to her on 8/14/- all known email addresses for her are returned to us as undeliverable and she does not return phone calls to confirm receipt of her card When cards are printed an electronic copy is kept on file and the date of printing is recorded in two places, so I can confirm it was sent to her Please let me know if you can follow up with this customerYou can reach me via e-mail, I will be available to you to finalize these complaintsPlease let me know if these were the three you emailed me about Sincerest Regards, [redacted] *** STUDENT RECORD INFORMATION Alison Spencer Cumulus Ct Greer SC 864-529- 864-529- [email protected]

LifeSavers several times with no response except for reaching someone by "luck" so I took the liberty to pull all voice mails under your phone#***You see all our voice mails are transcribed to email so we rarely ever miss a message and only voice messages came up from your number; one on Dec30th when our office was closed for the holiday and another on January 9th; on that same day you also sent a message from our website intake form and my records indicate you spoke to *** *** on that day
I also pulled your file and your cpr card was printed and mailed out to you, if you would verify your mailing address I can check to see if it's accurate in my system

Here is a copy of the emails I have sentI have contacted the company multiple times, the only reason I do not have all of the emails is because I have been emailing them directly from the website under the contact informationBut I do have the original email I sent right after the class and I have one that I sent in July of last year!

Yes, they did eventually provide me with my card

This student is entitled to a partial refund as well as she admittedly received and took the online test, when she was to take her skills test and we were not able to reschedule her due to her scheduling conflicts.  This partial refund it appears was not processed originally but it will be...

taken care of immediately. The student should expect to see it in her account within 10 days.

2-3 weeks is quite unacceptable.  I have already waited 3 months.  For 2 months, I have been trying to get my card from LOA.  For 1 month, I have been dealing with this complaint.
