Discover credit card said this company charged my 87 year old Mother twice. I tried to get their money back guarantee yet their 2 numbers were disconected. Googled them and emailed still no reply. emailed 2 other addys no anwser. You called my 87 yr old Mother a liar. Do not buy from this comapny under any name they use. They do not honor their warranty

Actually we refunded you. I simply stated that we did charge you twice for 80$. That in fact is a lie. She was charged 39.95 one time. However since the product was melted we have refunded the full amount for the purchase

due to covid-19 I asked for my money back, they could not find my refund for months, then after calling they say, oh we don,t give refunds.
I cancelled due to covid-19, they took months to find my refund which I do not have yet. then they tell me, oh yea, we do not hive refunds. had I known they don,t give refunds I never would have start with this scam.

This company false advertised buy 2 get 3 free, but after filling in all information an submitting they charge $184 for all 5 bottles nothing free.
This company false advertised buying 2 bottles and get 3 free, when putting in information and submitting for the 2 bottles you are actually charged for all 5 bottles. $184.00. To your credit card. They have no confirmation for charges made to your card only confirmation which tells you information that your order was submitted and info on return policy. In checking my credit card to see it was submitted found I was charged the $184. Nothing free! They charged for all 5 bottles. I did receive them un a timely manner priority mail. And product was in good condition. I tried the product that same night I received them and my pain was greatly dimished, I had also been having a lot of issues with sleeping and was able to sleep, and woke up refreshed. I will continue to use product and see if it continues to work. I am also please with the taste of the gummies I ordered considering most CBD have a offel taste. And after taste. But they do false advertise on their website. And there is no actual verification on charges made when submitting. Until you actually look at your card for the charge. It is also sent out through standard mail.

On April 15,2020 I ordered 1 bottle for $58 after I paid($58 I thought) I got an email thanking me for ordering 5 bottles. I replied right away for them to correct this order. They lied & said my order was shipped out. I've on the other statemate it shipped on April 16,2020. They've a phone # that is out of order listed on their website. They keep refusing my emails. Janet emailed me one time telling me if I'd keep all 5 bottles they could give me $79 discount off. I tried to reply back to her email, it won't go thru. I tried the product it does not work.(I would've never ordered 5 bottles of anything before trying one bottle out. I'd like to be refunded. Their website also states there's a 30 day return for refund if not satisfied with their product. I'm very UNHAPPY. Being charged $179 (I received 5 bottles) I ONLY wanted 1 bottle for $58... PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK. If you'd like copies of all the emails I sent them I can try & send that to you. Also I've the one email from Janet offering to give me $79 discount if I'd keep the 5 bottles. This product is not real. Does not do what it's suppose to do

I bought the buy 3 get 2 Free deal and they charged me for all five, then I was tricked into buying five more bottles I didn't want. I have no idea if I will get what I paid for or not. I'm sure I will lose my money and not get anything from the thieves. I wish I would of came to this site before I did anything with lifestream labs!

8 months ago I returned damaged product. I was promised a full refund. 8 months later still no refund.
8 months ago I received 5 bottles of CBD gummies that were were completely melted into a big clump. I sent a picture to the company which said I didn't need to send them back that they would give a full refund. Waited a few weeks and asked about my refund and was told I needed to return the bottles. So I spent over $20 to return the bottles. Months later no refund. We kept going back and forth with emails. They finally said they had sent a check. I received no check! Emailed back again and they said that they returned $184 to my card on 2/4/2020 Still nothing has been deposited in my account. I feel I have been overly patient with these people. I have got nothing but a run around and promises. This may not be a lot of money to some but it is to me, plus the money I had to spend to return the product. I would just like my money back! I would advise no one to do business with them, it's not like it was a one time thing that was over looked. I have over 20 emails with them of the 8 months. That is horrible customer service.

Nothing was ever deposited! I have my records to prove it.

I can recall ordering a free sample. After looking at a box on the shelf from them, I discovered a bill for $184.00 for 5 bottles. I must have used 1. It never did anything for me. FRAUD!

I ordered 2 bottles of Gummies and 1 bottle of CBD Pain Cream. I can't use the Pain Cream as one of the ingredients burns on my skin. Supposedly has a 30 day return policy but must call and get permission to return, etc. The phone number listed on this site is not a valid number and on the LifeStream Labs web site, as well. This number is disconnected with no forwarding number given. I have e-mailed twice asking for help. No response. After reading about this company's *** on the Revdex.com site, I'm not hopeful that I ever will hear from this company. It appears many people have experienced the same behavior from this company.

The merchandise is not as reported, I have called to get an authorization number to return the product - the phone number is no longer in existence.
Product not as described, tried to get an authorization number to return, phone number no longer working. Thank you.

We have spoken with this customer and advised that we would need a tracking number to show that the package was returned and once returned we would provide a refund.

I signed up for a trial of CBD oil with a 14 day trial on December 26, 2019. When I received the confirmation email, it did not lead me to a website or provide a phone number to review or cancel as it was through a 3rd party that I signed up. I received the product on 1/4/2020 and I do not like it. Today (1/9/2020) is the 14th day and they charged my card so I was finally able to get a phone number to call them. I requested to cancel the product and remove the charge. They refused to remove it, they said the 26th is considered a day so 1/8/20 is the 14th day. I explained I was not able to contact them as no information was provided to me and they said they never issue refunds. I asked for a supervisor, they don't have any. I asked for an address, he said they can't provide one. I asked for a website address to view their terms and conditions, they can't provide one. They were very rude, they laughed at me when I said I couldn't afford this. This was charged to my bank account and they won't dispute it because I signed up for it. It was supposed to be $4.95 and I got charged $93.21 for a 1 oz bottle, I would have never agreed to that if they put that in their terms and they won't allow me to look at them so I know they are not in there.

On 7/11/19 I made an online purchase of gummies. was over charged, returned them , and have contacted them numerous times for a refund.
I purchased CBD Gummies on 7/11/19 for a buy 3 get 2 free of $36.80 x 3 price.
I was charged $184.00, instead of the $108.00 that it should have been. The gummies were smashed into the bottom of the bottles with 3 of the lids not closed. I returned them with the proper authorization and return delivery was confirmed 8/2/19. Phone call on 8/26 assured me of refund in 5 to 7 days. Call on 10/4 was a message referral to another number where I left a message. I was called back by Everett and was told that the return process had changed to Pittsburg because of problems with the prior company and that my refund check would be issued. Calls on 10/31, 11/1, and 11 /12 went
to voicemail.

My husband who suffers from dementia thought he was signing up for a free trial promotion. We were charge $137 on 12/19.
I have contacted my credit card company and put a dispute on file. I repeat he thought they would send him a free sample, this false advertising....also I was told it was a reassuring charge.

They should not be allowed to take advantage of disabled senior citizens.

Placed an order online, called and canceled that order within 30 minutes of placing it. Was told I would receive a check in the mail 3 months ago.
I placed an order online back in August with my Visa debit card. Cost was $101.95, product ID 67 for 3 bottles of CBD gummies. The price was different than what I ordered so I called and cancelled that order within 30 minutes of placing the order. I was told my card would be refunded within 24-48 hours. It never happened spo I called again, this time being told that they would send me a check in the mail and I'd receive it within 5-10 business days. I never received the check, called them again and was told it was mailed, they would cancel the check and resend it. I never received the check. On call number 4 a young man answered and said they fired everyone and that he was hired to fix the management issues and that he would get the check in the mail, would be 5-10 business days. Never got the check, called him again, he apologized and repeated the same thing and I got the same results, no check. I've called 2 more times since and left voicemails with no response. Today was the last time I called and left a voicemail about my refund.

On August 7, 2019, my husband with dementia placed an order online in the afternoon. When he told me approx. 3 hrs. later I called to cancel the order. The person stated they would cancel the order and issue a refund by check could not do to card given.I canceled the credit card issued to my husband so he could not order again. Called on 08-22-19 - spoke with Alex - per Alex - he could see where the order was canceled and a check request is in process. On September 10 - spoke with Ardry - could not help.would have someone call me. On September 11 - spoked with Amanda -same thing - I refused to hang up until I spoke with management. Spoke to Everett - Customer Service supposedly - statement - checks - problem with the bank - straighten out - cutting check see in 5 to 10 business days. NO CHECK - Called again on September 23 - Everett - no check - he stated that the person that was to cut the check - family emergency and did not get the check cut. - Cut on Monday, September 30 - NO CHECK - called again - Called Everett - stated check sent must have got lost in the mail - stop payment - would issue new one - wanted to put back on card but of course, the card is canceled and this would not work. Promised a check.- NO CHECK - I have called Everett at 724-434-0545 - I have called and left messages three times a week since that last promise - NO CHECK. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. WHAT DO I DO NEXT? Ordered and received 5 bottles of CBD Gummies. The Gummies were all stuck together. Their web site claims the purchase is refundable if you return the product if you not completely satisfied. I followed their instructions and got a proof of delivery from USPS. I have spoken to the company numerous times and have not received my money for product. The order was sent to me on August 5, 2019. Proof of return is dated August 19, 2019.

At the end of July 2019, I placed an order for the "buy 3 + get 2 free" CBD gummie package for, what I understood to be, $36.80. Once my order was placed, my confirmation indicated that the actual cost was $183.95. I was shocked. I am an elderly woman, living on a fixed income, and I would never spend money so foolishly. I just wanted to try the product for $36.80. I called LifeStream Labs to cancel the order, but they said they could not, that it had already shipped, which was ridiculous because I had just placed the order. I called my credit union to stop payment on the order, but it was the weekend and they were closed. I called LifeStream Labs again and they suggested that, if I wanted to return the product, I could do so. The package was received on July 23, 2019. I returned the product on July 24, 2019 via my post office. I tracked the package and it arrived at LifeStream Labs on August 1, 2019. After hearing absolutely nothing from LifeStream Labs, I called them on August 22, 2019. I explained the situation to customer service. They were very pleasant and told me that I would be receiving a total refund check in five to seven days. I was also told that I would be receiving a notification via email. Unfortunately, I never received an email notification or check. On September 23, 2019, I called again. This time, I spoke with Everett, who was also very nice and understanding. He explained that there had been some issue with outgoing checks, that several others were, like myself, owed refund checks. He assured me that my check would be sent out the following day and I should receive it within five to seven business days.Needless to say, I have still not received my refund check. When I tried to call again, there's a message that says the number is no longer in service! In addition, because I returned the product, I have nothing. How can a company take your money, take your product return, and give you no refund? That's called stealing, isn't it? This company is preying on people who are in physical pain, looking for help. Their advertising is false, misleading at best. They do not honor their return policy. This is a total scam and I am completely frustrated. I am 78 years old. Bad enough not to get the relief from physical pain that I was looking for, but I've been ripped off, too.

I received an email from the company advertising CBD gummie supplement. I decided to buy a bottle, but as per the website, it appeared as if I was getting 5 bottles for $36. I honestly thought I was just spending $36. There was no page to review the purchase or anything to tell me that I was actually spending $184 until it was too late. I immediately tried to call the customer service number, which is disconnected, and have sent numerous emails. I haven't even received a confirmation email from this company. I would like to cancel my order all together. People would much rather do business without being deceived.
