I ordered some products from lifestream labs. Their policy states money back guarantee within 30 days. I contacted them and return the product.since this time I have emailed them at least 15 times, handwritten a letter to the company. And now when I tried to contact them on the number on the website, the number cannot be completed as dialed. This company owns me $116.40 since April of 2019 and refuses to acknowledge my emails my written letters or phone calls

I purchased $36 with Livestream Labs, but they charged me $293.90. I emailed them to cancel the order, then I tried calling them and they're phone does not work. I ordered 1 bottle of cream, but Lifestream Labs sent 7 bottles and billed me for this entire erroneous shipment. I asked for a refund returned the product, and was informed that I would receive a refund. Subsequently I was told that would not receive a refund by customer service. The customer service department refused to resolve the issue and the money was taken from my bank account.

Received wrong product. Followed instructions on returning product unopened for full refund. Was told several times by 'Everett? my $200+ refund check was mailed. It's been 2 months and still not refunded. How can Company still be advertising on their website for new business.

LifestreamLabs advertises buy 3 CBD gummies @ $20.32 each and get 2 free - total of 5 bottles. So I signed up for the 5 bottles They charged 20.32 for all 5. In other words No 2 free. This appears is false advertising.
I have seen the same complaint on this website and nothing seems to change.
There is no truth in this advertising.

The is Not muxh different as far as their Pricing Gimmicks. YIU USALLY GET A 30 COUNT OF GUMMIES FOR ABOUT 38.00 IF YOU ORDER 5 PACK. THE PRODUCT seems to work well with the 600mg or 20mg per each gummies in the 30 per Bottle. TOO MUCH FAKE ADVERTISING GOING ON WITH NO REGULATION CONTROL. I reccomend trying a few bottles to give it your own acid Test??

I ordered gummies thinking I was to be charged 39. My card was charged 184. I did receive 5 bottles of gummies. That same day I saw on the local news that the South Dakota attorney general had ruled that Cbd including oils , gummies are illegal in South Dakota . I tried the phone number on the receipt and it has been disconnected. I emailed them twice to try to return them , I have got no response. I had contacted my credit card company to try to get my money back and am waiting for their results.

I purchased 2 bottles of CBD Gummies on Aug. 24. They were all melted together. I called on Aug. 25 and was told they would send out 2 more bottles. I never received any. I called on Sept. 12 and I spoke to E. and said I just wanted a refund. He told me a refund check for my $99.90 would be issued within 5 days. I called on 9/30/19 and left a msg. and again on 10/2/19. On 10/3/19 I left 2 messages. That afternoon E. called me back and said a refund check had been sent out on 10/1/10. It is now 10/10/19 and I have received no check. I tried calling several times today and cannot get through. I get a phone company recording saying the call could not go thru. This is utterly ridiculous. I would never recommend this company.

I ordered a large supply of gummies as well as salve and only received 4 bottles of gummies all melted together in each bottle. When I called, I was told the replacement would be sent out. I have called several times but still have not received my order. I would NOT recommend this company. It appears to be a scam. I wasted a lot of money for absolutely nothing.

Ordered the 5 bottle package deal and received my order within a couple days time. Super pleased with the quality of the CBD Oil I products I received and looking forward to placing another order in the near future. Highly recommended!

I would find it almost impossible to fall asleep at night. I tried the gummies from Lifestream as a last resort thinking 'It never hurts to try'. I've gotta say, I was really surprised by the results. I'm relaxed, and went to sleep much easier than before and I actually had a much more restful sleep. Now i'm telling all my friends and family about these things LOL!

I called and spoke with Everett to get a replacement order on 2 bottles of gummies and Everett had them shipped to me immediately within 3 days. He also offered a free pain cream for my troubles.

They online offer is a big scam. Husband with dementia order - he thought he was going to be charge $39.00 - took $225.00 - call same date 08-7-2019 - cancelled order - they said they could not but I told them the order was placed less than 4 hrs. You have not had time to pick, pack and ship. Demanded cancellation - they did but as of today 09-10-19 still waiting for my refund. I refused to hang up til I talked to supervisor - Audrey, Amanda told the same story. Check in mail - last conversation give 5 to 10 business days. They really think we are is - I have noted each conversation - reminded them of the conversation - 5 to 10 business day is now 30 days. I have tried to call today but low and behold - nobody with a foreign accent is answering - have to wait till 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. What you know - they are not taking calls - mailbox full - dah!!!! Taking their vacation with my money.

Then once u put in all your information it goes on to offer u 3 more bottles of 600mg Gummies @ $19.98 plus 1 CBD Pain Cream @ 35.95. When in actuality the price is for each bottle. Yet, that’s not clearly advertised. Then there’s no way of going back to remove anything from your order. So,I was charged$232.90. Called Customer Service the Very same day to request for the order to be canceled. Told Me that they couldn’t stop the order. That it had been shipped which it could’ve. They couldn’t even give me a Tracking #. Then when I receive the package it’s 6 bottles of 30 Count of 300mg Capsules & 1 Pain Cream. I call Customer Service Admittedly on 8/12/19 to let them know my order is wrong. They promise that they will ship out. I asked for Tracking # & wasn’t able to get 1. Have called 3 more times since. It’s 9/06/19 & I’ve still haven’t received my 6 bottles of 600mg. I’ve tried to be very understanding even though they never would let me speak with a manger. It was always that Manger was busy taking calls. Then they say all calls are recorded n it’s documented in our system. We will send your product Priority. Now I feel like I deserve a Refund bc It literally takes 3 business days. So,there’s No way I shouldn’t have gotten the correct product by NOW.

Do not order from LifeStream Labs. Absolute ripoff. I have been trying since 07/10/2019 to get my $184.00 back. Trust me (not them) when I say I followed every single "rule" and have been "escalated" so many times I should have received my refund. This is a scam. The people that work here are charlatans, frauds and liars. I think it is time to contact the Florida Attorney General and my home state Attorney General. Nothing like a class action lawsuit. Of course I'll never see my $184.00.

Beware of this company. Don’t order anything from them online. Advertising is misleading, you will be shocked when your credit is charged, totally different. I saw an ad saying if I buy 3 bottles, I will receive 2 bottles free @ $39.00 Also free shipping. Minute I keyed in my credit card number, my credit card was charged $194.00. Right away I sent them an email saying that I am canceling my transaction and when I receive the product I will return it without opening the box, which I did upon arrival of the product. It going over 3 months still battling to get my credit card credited. I exhausted everything in my power to get my money back, sent them 6 emails back and forth, nothing. Now I am pushing my bank to get my money back also reported them to FTC, they are also in the process of getting my money back. God only knows how much long this will continue. Sad part is this company is not in business to sell products, they are there to take your money!

I ordered 3 bottles of gummies back in June. Then I started getting blasted with emails. We decided to order some more. I like them. I feel like they help me sleep. So we ordered 5 bottles and got a special “one time” deal on 5 more for a total charge of $273.95. This was on July 8, 2019. Today August 16, I was looking in my bank account and saw that I had another charge of $293.95 for today. I called Lifestream to find out what was going on as I hadn’t ordered anymore. It was a call center that sounded outside of the US. She said there was no subscription on my account but I had ordered the gummies that morning. She then verified all of my information including my home address and told me again that 10 bottles were being sent to my address. She said someone else must have access to my credit card number and used it. Why would someone fraudulently use my card and then have them sent to my address? It’s only my husband and myself and he didn’t order them nor would he have my card number. She said that because the order now had a tracking number attached to it she could not refund my money. But would I like to just keep them for 50% off? I said no I just bought 10 bottles I don’t need them and I have bills to pay. She then told me I’d have to send them back when I receive them and then they would refund my money. Still insisting I ordered them. So I called my bank, they can enter a dispute but it can take up to 60 days to resolve. Based on the reviews below I’m not holding my breath about anything happening quickly. Also I never ordered these so clearly they have my credit card info on hand and are using it as they want. I will have to cancel my card now that the number isn’t secure. And reset up all my automatic debits for my mortgage and bills. Definitely not worth the hassle. Don’t buy from them!

On the 13th of July, 2019 I ordered item 33 and 39, this was to be 10 bottles of Gummies. I received six(6) bottles on July 20 (there was plenty of space in the box for four more). I waited a few days to see if the remainder would arrive. On July 23 I called the customer service number and was told I would receive four bottles as ordered in the next five days. I am still waiting as of today, August 11. The total cost on my debit card was $283.95 (item 33 was $184(5 bottles) and item 39(5 bottles discounted)$99.95. I will check my mail Monday the 12th of August. Hopefully this issue will be solved. I still have not tried the gummies, I am waiting for this issue to be resolved. My star rating will be low, and no higher than a 2 star when or if rightfully completed.
