We are not able to pull the original call because it was from so long ago, so we have refunded Order # [redacted] placed on 7/25/and Order # [redacted] placed on 8/25/The total refunded amount is $***, which is a 100% refund and includes refund for shipping There should be no more contact by the company to this customer

We have contacted the customer, cancelled her order and will refund any monies owed We have already considered this situation and are discussing changes in the process

We apologize for the mix up At her request, we canceled her autoship, not realizing that she had an order on the way We have reached out to Heather, talked to her husband but still have not talked to her We have processed a full refund to her account and are still trying to communicate with her to ensure that all of her expectations are met Again, we apologize and hope to make everything right

We take distributor terminations very seriously and have policies and procedures in place to protect both the company and the distributor The Direct Selling Industry is a heavily regulated industry and the requirement for a "signature" to terminate is a standard practice by businesses such as ours If the complainant will simply submit the required signed request for termination, the termination will be completed

The complainant needs to understand that paying for orders of others, even family members, with your own credit card is not allowed in our Policies and Procedures. This is a common and reasonable protection against fraud and what we refer to as "bonus buying." That being said, if the
complainant will place future orders in compliance with our policies and procedures, we will approve the payment of commissions on the orders included in the complaint

This complaint should be resolved. A refund has been processed. Customer Support called the customer and left a message with the man who answered the phone

We have contacted this consumer and explained why the changes were made in the compensation plan. He listened, but it still hurts. We wish that we could pay everyone as much as possible all the time. However, there are times when changes are necessary to be fair; to pay those that
are actively working more and those that have not been active recently less. We need to be fair to those that are bringing in the business currently - to stay in business!

We had two Customers with the same name, but from different states, enroll in May and June respectivelyTheir email addresses, as entered online, were identical. That is why the complainant has been receiving auto ship confirmation email of an order that he did not place
(also his account was not charged for those orders, it was only an error in sending out confirmations to the wrong person because of the email entries). The email addresses have been corrected and no further emails will be sent to the complainant. We did not and we will not charge the complainant for orders that he did not makeAlso, his name and personal information was only used in the instance of this mon email addresses, which were actually the result of these individuals inputting the same email address online.We trust that this clears up the issue
