Lifts Plus Depot

Review: We purchased a lift from this company a couple months ago. We were promised a 1 year warranty (as it also states on their website). Our lift has been leaking hydraulic fluid from multiple areas causing it to be unsafe for use. We have made multiple attempts at contacting the company and the owner with no response. Here is a copy of the latest e-mail that I sent to them with a breakdown of the last attempts at making contact:

"Dear Lifts Plus Depot and [redacted],

We purchased a new lift from you not too long ago. It is still under the 1 year warranty. I have made multiple attempts to contact you and have not had any responses.

7:45am - 11/5/2013 - Left message on [redacted]'s cell phone - Went straight to voicemail

12:27pm - 11/5/2013 - Left message on shop phone - Rang multiple times and then to voicemail

12:30pm - 11/5/2013 - E-mailed through the website

4:55pm - 11/5/2013 - Left message on [redacted]'s cell phone - Went straight to voicemail

As I have stated in all of these messages, our lift is still leaking hydraulic fluid and has become a safety hazard in our shop. When we are down a lift, we are losing money. We will not use this lift until it is fixed properly and deemed safe to use. Since it is under warranty, we are requesting that you contact us to let us know when you will be sending a technician out to fix the lift. Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can resolve this issue.

This e-mail was sent November 5th at 5:11pm (13 days ago) and STILL NO RESPONSE. All we are requesting is that the warrantied repairs are followed through so that we can go back to getting our customer's vehicles in and out in a timely manner. The whole point of having an extra lift was to make it more convenient to our customers.Desired Settlement: I would really appreciate it if the technician and owner would fulfill his obligation to our company and repair the lift. I will not be satisfied until it is fixed correctly and deemed safe for my employees to use again. Thank you
