Review: I was sent an e-mail stating: Get your FREE Vapor E-Cig's Trial Kit -- just pay $4.95 to cover shipping costs. I received the product in about a week. Then about 2 weeks later I received another package containing 2 more packs of the e-cig filters. I checked my credit card and noticed I was charged $148 by LiftVapor. I called them, complained and they finally agreed to reimburse me 70% of the charge, which came to $103.60. They gave me a RMA#[redacted]. This was about 4 weeks ago, and to date I have not received my refund! They claim their website states that I had agreed to this, but what I was sent had a lot less cost to it. I admit, I acted impulsively and did not go on to read the fine print. But this company is praying on people wishing to try their product to control their smoking habit. I want the refund to be taken care of NOW! When you call them you just get the run-around. The elderly are especially vulnerable to these people. Please help me get this handled. Review: I ordered a E-Cigarette from a popup ad on a website. It stated that the only charge was $7.95 For shipping a handling. After I recieved the package I tried the cigarette and was not satisfied because it was regular tobacco and smoke menthol. After about 10 days I noticed a $148.00 debit on my account so I called the phone number associated with the charge, and was connected to customer and explained to the that I did not want the product. They told me that there was no refund or returns to the charge amount of $148.00 after the 10 day trial period ends. I complained to them tha I did not want the product, so she offer me a 35% discount which was only $51.80 which still left me in the hole for $96.20 for something I didn't want. Review: Hi I ordered the starter kit Vapor back in July and paid $4.95 and I received the kit and was charged $148.00 for refills on my checking account. I called and spoke to [redacted] on Aug. 2nd and was told when I received the refills to call back to get the returned address and ID number.as of Aug 26th I have received the product so I called back on Aug 26th and spoke to [redacted] and was told there was no record placed for the product,I asked how can that be when my account was debited for 148.00 dollars and she couldn't tell me why and would not give back my money said all she could do was sent me FREE refills, how can they be free if I paid for them, told her again I wanted my money back and she said her boss said no because there was no record of the money taken out of my account. hope you can help with this matter. Review: After ordering the starter kit for $4.95 I found out that after 14 days they withdrew $100 from my bank account. When I repeatedly called the customer service number, ( [redacted] ), to cancel, I was always put on automatic hold,sometimes for as much as 30 minutes. To date I have yet to speak to a living person. I know that I am stuck with the $100, but I do not want to be hit with another surprise withdrawal. Nowhere in their advertising did they specify a time period or the monthly $100 withdrawal.

Review: This company advertises for a free trial. This was a gift for my son and he did not like it. I wrote to them on 11/06/2013 via e-mail to cancel membership and to send equipment back never received any response. They try to withdraw 130.00 from my credit card. The fraud alert department call stating that the way they try to withdraw money was suspicious and the transaction did not go through. First I have never order any merchandise from this company to automatically withdraw money. I received an e-mail today from them saying that they are going to deliver more merchandise. I e-mail the same people who send me the notification and explained to them that I have sent prior e-mails discontinuing any merchandise or membership to cancel me. They sent an e-mail that I have to cancel via phone (number provided) [redacted]. I waited 52 minutes on hold when they answer the phone I spoke to lady by the name [redacted]. I explained to her everything that I am going through and that I wanted to cancel everything with them and she told me that I can't cancel until I return the trial merchandise within 10 days or before 12/1/2013 and she did not cancel the membership even though I requested cancelation. I also informed her that I will be returning merchandise but I don't want this company to withdraw any money from me without my authorization and she said that she can't promise that. I need this company to be investigated and please report them to the state they are not a legitimate company. Review: I sent back the product and it has been nearly one month but I still have not received a refund on my credit card. They charged my card $148.00.

Review: The Company LiftVapor was advertising free electronic cigarette trial packs, But within one month they charged my credit card $148.00 without my consent. When I called customer service they said that I would have to send back the so called "Free" item which I did I waited nearly one month and no refund after I paid $13.00 dollars to mail back the unused product. I called again customer service and I was told that they were in the middle of changing banks. It sounds funny that they could charge my card in a heartbeat without my consent but could not refund me as quick. Desired Settlement: They owe me at least $148.00 back on my credit card.

Review: About a week ago I ordered free e-cigarette (only postage of $4.95 has to be paid) from the Lift Vapor LLC. After a few days I checked my account at the [redacted] bank and to my surprise I was charged $148.0!! Review: I received an offer for free electronic vapor cigarettes. I excepted offer. had 10 days to try and return or keep. a mistake on my part did not return in 10 days. when I realized they had deducted $148 from my checking account I called and said I could not effort that. I was given the return address and ra number to return the product. I was issued a full refund on july 15, 2013. a couple days after, I called to see about my status. this is when I was told I was issued a refund and was given the comf #[redacted]. after several times of checking my account the refund was not there. I called again and was told it could take 3 to 5 days or up 30. I called several times again. was told they had issued the refund there was nothing they could do. I needed to check with my bank so I checked with my bank and the only thing they had was where the money was taken out. so at 30 days I called again and was told to wait 30 business days, so I counted off 30 business days on the calendar and called again. from that point on all I been given is the run around. we have issued the refund there is nothing else we can do is all I get. still at this point I have not received my refund. I called today and was told we already issued the refund. it was turned over to the billing dept to do a search for the third time.

I called to cancel the trial shipment the day it was due to ship and was told I had to wait till I received the product. Received the product (did not open it) called them again to cancel within in their trial period and was then told that I would have to pay a restocking fee of 29.00. Their Terms and Conditions has nothing in it about a restocking fee like they kept saying on the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. Review: advertised a trial e-cigarette kit for the cost of shipping. Several days later hit my bank account for $185 and claimed that I had agreed to pay that much for the trial. This is an example of the website I went to upon receiving an email about this 'DEAL'. http://[redacted]I called this company and requested that they cancel any and all charges. They refused. I put a stop check order into my back at the cost of $30.00 and had to have my debit card cancelled. This cost both me and my bank money. There was nothing showing on the page that showed a future bill would be charged to my account and I never agreed to purchase anything else. This company should be investigated for FRAUD.Desired Settlement: I want all money from this company refunded now including for the original kit that I agreed to TRY for their shipping only cost. When someone tries to rip me off or defraud people I don't care how good or bad their product is, I will NEVER do business with them again for any reason. Review: I received an advertisement through email for a "free" LiftVapor electronic cigarette starter kit. I looked over the advertisement before making my decision to put in the order to get one. however when I received the item it did not work the way it stated it would. I went back and looked through the terms and conditions and found that it was only a 10 day trial which it never stated on the advertisement. it also stated that in order to receive a refund I had to send the product back however after finding out it did not work I did what most people do and threw it away. I understand that returning the item is part of their terms and conditions however I also did some more research and found out that this company has been flagged on several "scam lists" and I see why. the representative on the phone had told me that this product costs about $150 dollars normally (however dropped the price down to $44.40) which is way over-priced concidering I can go to the local gas station and get one for around $20-$30. also they advertised that each "cartridge" is equal to a carton of cigarettes. I went through the 6 cartridges that come in the kit in 2 days. I am sorry but I do not smoke 6 cartons in 2 days. I believe this would be a case of false advertisement and definitely a case of over-price.Desired Settlement: I am not looking to be refunded nor do I want a replacement I just don't think I should be charged for something that does not work the way it was advertised

Review: On 8-15-13 I order a "14 Day Free Trial" from Liftvapor. This was not a free trial. Liftvapor charged my account $148 four days before the end of the "Free Trial" When I called they strong armed me into accepting only 70% refund by demanding a restocking fee and exorbitant return shipping charges. The "Free Trial" involved paying for the items even is one did not want to continue, by a restocking and exorbitant return shipping charges.
