LiftVapor Reviews (33)

Review: I received an email for a 'free' trial pack of LiftVapor e-cigarettes. Stupidly, I responded and was instantly ensnared in their false advertising. First, I was charged $7.90 for shipping and handling. This should have alerted me to the scam, but sadly, I okayed the charge to my credit card. Unfortunately, after I had completed the transaction, I did some more research and found multiple web sites indicating this whole thing was I scam. I immediately sent (3) emails to the company requesting cancellation of the order. None were acknowledged, of course. The package arrived yesterday. It included a notification that to return the trial offer and receive a refund, I would have to call an 888 number and request an RMA number. The notice further stated that if the product was sent back in used condition, my refund amount would be adjusted based on a scale chart. Refund of what? This was supposed to be "free" and I had already paid $7.90 shipping/handling. I did receive the RMA number, after intense pressure to keep the item and an offer of 50% off. I insisted on the return and was then advised that the S & H was non-refundable. So now I'm out $7.90 plus however much it will cost to return the product. And how can they advertise it as a "free trial" when the consumer will be charged if they actually try the product? This is a giant scam, so - BUYER BEWARE!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $7.90 shipping and handling, plus $3..90 to return the product. It was not a "free trial" as advertised!

Review: Free is not free it costs $148.00

I ordered free starter kit. I did not know I would be charged 148.00 for refills that I do not even get to chose. No email responses. Finally by phone I was told I may return it and if they feel that it passes inspection they will refund. I do not feel that they are honest and I think they have misleading advertisement. Not false but extremely misleading and customer service is almost non existentDesired Settlement: Stop their misleading advertisement. It was a scam in my opinion.

Review: The Company LiftVapor was advertising free electronic cigarette trial packs, no where listed on there site, mobile or desktop versions, was an after the fact fee that was charged to my credit card without any consent or knowledge. When calling the "customer service" line I was treated rudely and as if I was incompetent. Then they pursued arguing with me when I brought up that I had noticed over 140$ missing from my bank account the same day I received what they had called " a complimentary refill pack." I had to pay to ship the items back to the company with no straight answer as to when or if ill receive a refund. They also brought it to my attention that there is a chance I will not get a refund in full if the items looked used to which they could not give me their standard of what used looked like for something that was supposed to be a trial product for a new item I had never used before.

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I would like to receive all my money back in whole, including the expense of sending the items back when they tried to blindfold me into charges that were not listed on their web pages. I want them to have to clearly have to print that any customer will be charged in a certain time frame if they do not cancel there "trial" period. Also do not just send what they referred to as a complimentary refill pack and then charge for it.

Review: I was offered a free vapor lift ecig starter kit. All I was supposed to pay was the shipping cost of 7.95. I was charged 148.00 on my credit card. I emailed the customer service after trying to call them and being on hold for 20 minutes. I have had no response. There was no invoice in the package they sent me. If I had known they were going to charge me 148.00 for this I would have never ordered it. And if there had been an invoice showing what they charging me, I would have sent it back. These people are ripping people off. I have seen other complaints for the same thing on the web. I hope the Revdex.com can put a stop to this deceptive advertising.Desired Settlement: I would like my 140.00 credited to my credit card that was charged. I was happy to pay the 7.95 shipping as they advertised.

Review: The Company LiftVapor was advertising free electronic cigarette trial packs, But within 10 days they charged my credit card $148.00 without my consent. When I called customer service they said that I would have to send back the so called "Free" item...I have looked everywhere on their website where it says that I will have to pay $148.00 and I see none. Completely miss leading if you do not disclose this on the webpage before people pay the shipping for it! We are barely making ends meet and we would not have decided to try this product if we had known beforehand.Desired Settlement: I would like our money back...it would also be nice if you let people know that they have 10 days or they will be charged $148.00 on the webpage that all the free cigs only pay shipping.

Review: some where around the end of May I ordered a starter kit For E-cigs from a company called liftvapor. They had a promotion going, that you can get a starter kit for free.all you have to do is pay 4.95 just for shipping.Well I ordered the starter kit using my credit card. well on the 8th of june I looked into my bank account and they had not only charged me the 4.95 but also they took out $99.97.I called them and asked them about this and they said it was right there to see that I would also would be charged that amount.I told them they were crazy.I would not have ordered that kit if I had known that for I don't have that kind of money.they caused me to become overdrawn in my bank account.I went to their website and was looking at what other people was saying about their product and they had done the same thing to a few other people. Then a couple days ago I called them about my battery not staying charged, and she said that I was leaving it on the charger too long it has to be no longer than 8 hrs.I told her I put it on charge around 11 at night till about 6 in the morning and she said that wasn't long enough.I said I have been smoking e-cigs from another company for almost a yr and I should know how to charge a battery.well they won't even honor that.they have a 1 yr warranty on their products, but yet they won't replace my battery.I hope you can help me.

Review: I order 2 50 ml lift vapor refill liquid, 1 mint chocolate and 1 wild cherry. When they arrived both containers were empty. I called to complain and they said they would send me 2 new bottles within the week, that was 3 weeks ago. Their phone number seem to be disconnected because when you call the number it automatically disconnects. They are also not answering any emails. I would like to be refunded my money immediatly.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded all of my money. I am finding out that the company is a scam and not to purchase any products from them.

Review: The company offers a trial without stating up front that if no action is taken within 10 days, the total billing will be $153.00 The consumer only knows that the clock is ticking after receipt of the starter kit, and then also learns that if no return is sought within the 10 days, they automatically send extra cartridge kits. I feel like they drew me in with a $5 shipping charge for the initial packeage, and then lower the boom for another $148. They sent no invoice to argue with in the second package. The extra charge appeared on my card with no invoice. These people are over the line in how they are reeling in people.

Review: I did purchase a product from liftvapor for $7.90. The said product did arrive and the charge appeared on my statement as agreed. The next month I saw an additional charge of $99.16 that was paid by my bank that was not agreed to nor any product ordered or received. This is a theft from me and since I am on a very fixed budget and disabled they have stolen some medication I need from my by stealing this money. Please help.Desired Settlement: payment in full for the $99.16 that was stolen from me on 11/17/2013 and to associate this with any and all criminal issues for this theft.

Review: I ordered this alternate smoking device from Lift Vapor. They advertised it as a free product and all you had to do was pay for the shipping and handling. That's what I did. They shipped the product to me. There was no order form, nothing stating that the product was for a 2 week trial period. That after 2 weeks you would be billed 100.00. For this product.the only thing in the package was papers to order more of this product. I called the company today as I just got my bank statement and saw that I was billed 100.00 . I never used the product . I called the company wanting to return the product they told me that I was pass my 30 days. They told me that my 30 days started the day that I ordered the product. Not whenever I received the product. I told them its not fair and that I feel as though I should get my money back. How a order form should be included with the product, How a return label should also be included. A products trial period should not start when an order is taken. Paper work should be included with the order about how long you can keep a product, or return it. I believe the company is ripping people off with there false advertisement and they should not be in business

I would like to receive all of my money back. I would like for the company to not be able to get any more money from people. A lot of Americans are trying to stop smoking and we are trying different product to help on this journey. There are a lot more products like this that don't cost as much. I just feel as though this company is ripping people off.

Review: Detailed Summary: Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering a trial offer from Lift Vapor - * , a.k.a. [redacted]. I ordered a sample trial at $4.95. If I didnt like it, I could return in within ten (10) days, and there would be no additional charge. An important thing to note about Lift Vapor, is that they never do any correspondence in e-mails.On 6/17/2013, the first (1st) - ** package from lift vapor was mailed. I never received it.On 6/26/2013, I saw that my ATM card was charged $148.00.I called Lift Vapor and told them I did not want anymore charges, period. They said there wouldnt be any. I also notified my bank to contact me if they saw any more charges appear.During my verbal correspondences with Lift Vapor, I let them know that I had NOT received the sample package, and I asked for a refund. They said they could refund a little over seventy ($70.00), but they could not refund the full amount. When I politely complained, I was rudely told that if I had read the full offer, that I would have seen the terms that I agreed to. I told them that I never got an e-mail receipt. I requested one be sent. While I was on the phone with them, they said they sent it again. Nothing came through. The lady told me that my junk mail filter was probably blocking it from coming through. I also requested an e-mail confirming the partial refund, but obviously, I never got one. In the course of more phone correspondences with them, I talked to a supervisor who said that she could not resend an e-mail receipt. They asked me if I still wanted the sample, and I said no. They said well you did pay for it. I acquiesced, and they sent another one out immediately. I did NOT receive a sample package. I received a refill package, which was useless without the electronic cigarette that I did not receive in the sample package that I never received.I talked to Lift Vapor again, and they said if I returned the package to them, I would still get the almost $80.00 back.I sent the package back via certified mail - [redacted]. They received the package on Monday, July 8th, 2013.7/15/2013 to 9/11/2013: I talked to them and they said it would take five (5) to eight (8) business days to get the refund issued, and this is where more games began (A): The 1st excuse that I got from them about not getting the refund was that they switched companies, in regards to who handles their electronic banking, and that was the issue in the delay. (B): The next excuse that I got was that this was a company wide problem and that they were having meetings to try and resolve it. (C): The next information I got was that their bank had submitted the refund to my account electronically. To this day (9/11/2013), NOTHING from them has been deposited electronically into my account. They even gave me a tracking # [redacted], that my bank could use to track it. I talked to my bank, and they said the number was meaningless. (D) For the first (1st) time in close to a month, I called (###-###-####) today (9/11/2013), for an update. Although I am always very polite, I have called so many times, that they get nervous whenever I call. The lady said that she did not know what the hold up was, but that they were going to be sending me a physical check, that should arrive within the next five (5) to ten (10) business days. After so many different excuses, I firmly believe that no check is being mailed to me.Final Analysis (Brief):I paid $148.00 and received nothing.I was promised a partial refund, but it never came.I learned the hard way, but the next time I will research a company that I will be making an online purchase from.See notes on the attachments on page two (2).*- See Attachment 1 - Lift Vapor Company Information for information that I found on lift vapor.**- See Attachment 2 - Sample Package, Sent But Never Received for information on the first (1st) package that was sent.[redacted]- See Attachment 3 - Documentation Of Return To Sender Package for documentation of the certified e-mail.
