This company is not being truthful...as I explained in my initial complaint that they DO NOT answer the phone and prior to receiving this Revdex.com complaint they were not responding...

to emails.  However, I received two lights on Friday 9/5/2015 which is 10 days from the date that I ordered the lights which were supposed to be here in 2-3 days...which is what I paid 9.99 for...I did not receive them in that time frame....THE LIGHTS DO NOT WORK....THEY ARE NOT THE ONES I ORDERED....I ordered D2S lights and I was mailed D2C lights....I want them to refund my money ASAP and provide me with shipping information to return these lights to them at no cost to me![To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

The customer only purchased 1 product, we sent the customer 2 products (1 was 100% FREE). So the customer received 2 products for price of 1.Customs claims both are not working, we been selling these lamps for over 8 years now without any issues and ZERO occurrences when 2 products are DOA.  The [redacted] automotive lamps must be installed properly/professionally. The improper installation can lead to bulb not firing properly with [redacted] ballast. Customer was advised to check the [redacted] ballast and seek professional installer to install the lights.  We also instructed the customer to ship the products back for a full refund.Please let me know if there any questions.RegardsYana

Won't ship your item until you threaten them. Shipped the wrong bulbs, and I returned them with tracking. 10 days, no refund. Emailed and was promised refund asap. 15 days later still no refund, was told processing today, 20 days no refund, promised today again..still no refund. So I disputed the charge with PayPal. PayPal said I won my claim and my money was returned. Then I got an nasty email from Spectrum stating for me to look at my account and "they gave me a refund" lol. PayPal was the one who eventually returned my money. Zero for shipping and zero for return funding. Buyer beware!

Review: This company sold me a replaceable light bulb for a emerson cordless rechargeable bug zapper. According to emerson this light bulb cannot be replaced you must send the product back to the company to be replace I have attemted to contact light exporte to return the bulbs and to get a refund. It has been 2 weeks with no response from this company my conf# is [redacted]. I just want my 31.00 back. How can light exports sell a replaceable light bulb for another company product that has no replacement?

We have issued a full refund to the customer on 9/30

We sent 2 emails to customer stating a refund has been processed.

We been selling these lights for long time and we know they work, the customer doesn't know how to operate their unit properly and thus claiming that all 6 light bulbs don't work.

Please close the case, since the refund has been issued to the customer, even thought him/her still has our product in their possession.

According to emerson the bug zapper's light bulb cannot be changed and the whole product must be returned to their company with a bill of sale. I dont understand how the above company can sell a replacement bulb for another company product that cannot be used? It was very frustrating to go online order a replacement product that cannot be used. What a waste of time and energy.please tell the company donot call me or send any more email messages to me I have received my funds back and now that I have a return address will send the bulbs back to their company since I cannot ever use them.
