Per our claim notes, we have spoken to the complainant a few times since the loss was filed; we spoke to him on 08/01, 08/11, 08/While we agree that a timely resolution this claim would be in everyone's best interest, we have had some issues contacting the insuredAgain, I will ask the claims team to reach out to herLastly, per the guidelines set forth by the IL Department of Insurance, a company has business days to attempt the resolution of a claim on behalf of the claimantLighthouse is currently well within this timelineThank you, ***

Per the claim notes, we have left messages for the driver in question to return calls but no responseI have notified the claims adjuster of the Revdex.com complaint and asked her to follow up with the insuredAgain, this morning, she left a message and asked for a return callI see that the complainant called Lighthouse to ask if they indeed had called the insured today, our representative told her that we had but cannot reach the person in question until after pm.Again, I stipulate that we are well within the guideline set by the IL Department of Insurance in working to resolve this claim.Thank you again, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.I would like to point out that Lighthouse is well within the state mandated gu***line of days to use as a resolution gu***lineI would also like to point out that this gent***n did in deed contact us looking for a higher amount for his vehicle but we explained that we used a different system and one which is used by almost every insurance company, CCCWhen one f the Claims associates spoke to him on 10/04/16, she notified him that we were waiting on paperwork from his lien holder as we need a copy of the title to complete resolutionShe then reached out to the complainant on 10/12/and explained that we have called the lien holder twice now to no avail We later received the needed items and a check was sent for payment.At this time, this claim is closed in our files.Thank you again, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Per the claim notes, the Lighthouse adjuster reached out to the complainant on 05/11/and left a message where she can submit her receipt for rental reimbursementThe adjuster also left a fax number and a mailing addressOutside of this call to the complainant, I see that the adjuster has been in touch with the complainant's carrier, not directly with the complainantI also see that an offer has been made to the complainant and she refused it on 04/06/On 04/07/17, the complainant sent an email to the adjuster saying she would see her in court.Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] It is not my problem if you have issues with out of state clients and who they let drive there vehicles! This is why people have insuranceMaybe you should not be doing business out of stateYour agent told us that this is what the amount is and the body shop should contact us if there are any additional costs for repairs You insured your client so you are responsible for damages that he accurse to other vehicles and propertySeems like your company has a very bad track record and reputation when it comes to dealing with insuranceI will be perusing this matter in small claims court and you will be hearing from a lawyerDon't be surprised if your local News company comes walking in your front lobby asking questions and has a write up about how you screw people out of there claims I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

NOTE: LIGHTHOUSE CASUALTY COMPANY IS THE SAME AS [redacted] Same address and the same group owns them though they do have different FEINs We were involved in an accident with a driver that they ( [redacted] /Lighthouse) carry a SRnon owner’s policy on(The other vehicle itself was not insured as far as anyone can tell) They will not pay to have our truck fixed until they reach the policy holder and they admit liabilityWithout the other driver taking responsibility he is not covered…WHAT?!?!?!?! The guy HAD coverage at the time of the accident!!!!!! SO, Information for others out there I contacted my lawyerThank god I actually have an honest lawyerHe said when everything was said and done he would cost more than the damages and there is no guarantee that I would get my lawyer fees and court costs back even if we won BUT he is awesome and helped me anyway! Contact the Revdex.comThey might be able to help, if not they will direct youThey had me file a complaint with the [redacted] of [redacted] Since Lighthouse/ [redacted] is stating that their driver might not be covered I also filed a complaint with the [redacted] of [redacted] (They take care of non-insured drivers) Ask your government for help! Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintFrom reviewing the file, I have surmised that Ms [redacted] spoke with Lighthouse representatives on 1/5, then again on 1/She spoke with one representative on 1/to provide her info on the claimThen on 1/she spoke with the adjuster who explained to her that since she turned the claim over to her carrier, we would have to wait until her carrier submits subrogationHe explained the rental process and stated that he is reviewing liabilityAlso, he explained that until liability is established, he could not approve anythingHe is attempting to order the police report, which at that time was unavailable but we will check again and he is awaiting the subrogationThe IL Department of Insurance provides a day guideline to resolve claims and I believe Lighthouse is well within this timeframeThank you, [redacted]

What you should know if you are ever involved in a accident with somebody that is insured by Lighthouse auto insuranceWhile driving one night my Ford van was broadsided on the left side by a auto that blew a red traffic lightThe driver who was later cited by the village of Palos Hills Police for disobeying a traffic light was insured by Lighthouse insCoWhen I went to court the defendant pleaded guilty to causing the accident and was given a small fineOk after I filed a claim with Lighthouse they sent me to a body shop to have an estimate on the damage to my vanEst was done for the amount of $for the repairsI waited to here from Lighthouse insAfter about weeks an agent at Lighthouse ( Audrey [redacted] ) contacted me about my claim I filed with her insCompany LighthouseMrs [redacted] told me she is just waiting to here from the man who hit my van to return a question form she sent himAnother weeks went by and no call from Lighthouse about my claimI left more messages for mrs [redacted] none were returned in regards to the damage claim that was now months oldSo I started doing the repairs on the van and I paid for them out of pocketAfter I had most of the damage on my van repaired witch I paid forI received a letter from Lighthouse saying that my claim had been denied signed by Audrey [redacted]

This complainant has filed a complaint with the IL Department of InsuranceI respectfully request this complaint be closed administratively since it is now beyond the purview of the Revdex.comThank you, [redacted]
