This is the worst insurance company everTheir customer service is not polite at all and takes about an hour on hold to get a live personI filed a claim in march and could not get in touch with my adjuster for a month and a halfNow I'm still waiting for them to proccess my lean holder agreement I signed about weeks agoI have left the supervisor messages telling him I have a problem and he has still not contacted meWill never again go through this company again

to calls or voicemailsWe are sending out an offer letter to which we hope to hear an answer from the insuredAs to the claimant's complaint about going through their own carrier, this is usually not an issue because their carrier will subrogate moneys to refund their insured.Thank you,***

We extended an offer to Mr*** in settlement of his claim on November 18, 2015. Mr*** has accepted the offer, has mailed us the settlement paperwork, and we have issued his settlement check

Lighthouse aims to ensure each one of our insureds receives the highest quality of service and this was an unfortunate circumstance to which we accept the fault

As Ms*** stated, she filed a claim with us online on January 15, A claim file was set up, her car was towed
to a body shop, an estimate was completed, repairs were authorized, and a check for the repairs was issued on January 21, 2015, six days from the first report of the claimWe have also spoken to the other driver's insurance company and advised that we will be pursuing a claim for reimbursement of the amount paid as we do not feel that Ms*** is at fault for the accidentI hope this information explains our handling of this matter

After reviewing the notes, I see that our adjuster has been in contact with the claimmant in the past day and provided an update of informationWe are currently
awaiting response from our insured about the incident and have requested a police report from the Springfield, IL police department
Once we receive the police report, we should have a better review of the incident and make a decision on the claimWe appreciate Mr***'s patience in this matter as we attempt to resolve it in a timely manner

adjuster provided her two additional local shops to utilize and the complainant said she will review those shops and call back with her decisionAs of today, 03/02/2016, we have not heard from the complainant with a decisionA further conversation with the adjuster's supervisor resulted in no voicemail messages from the complainant at allHe said had he received the message he would call back but nothing was received.The adjuster is contacting the complainant today to find out if she has decided on a shopPer the IL Department of Insurance, companies have a day guideline to utilize toward a resolutionHowever, if the parties involved do not cooperate this may extend the time to resolve the claimThank you,

This by far is the worst insurance company ever! Do not even try to use this company!! My husband had an accident April We've only gotten the run aroundNo one knows anythingThe auto place has yet to speak with someone with the insurance companyThey never return calls! We had to complain with the broker that sold us the insurance to receive a call back and with that, they knew nothingYou call Lighthouse, you're on the phone at least minutes waiting and when someone answers they pick up and hang immediately upNo hello or anything! Lighthouse says they spoke with the auto company but you talk to the auto place and they say no, they have not! As soon as I'm done writing this I'm writing the states attorney!! You might as well throw your money in the air and let it blow in the wind than give it to this company!! Absolutely useless!!

This insurance is the worst of the worst insurance you could ever getJust to start of with saying they never ever answer there calls is like the phones are program to never answer 2nd they are horrible at returning call I never got a Call backThey where suppose to call me to give me up dates about my phone never happen I drive to the head quarter office to speak with some oneWhich it was like minutes away from my placeJust to say try to give them a call as a existing customer and check if they answer the phones not as a new customer and you will know what I talk about good luck run while you still ahead save your self do not get this insurance

insurance companies have a guideline of days to complete a claim as set by the Illinois Department of Insurance.Thank you,Nick ***
