I Spoke with [redacted] today, and I'm not 100% sure what happened with his lease buyout and why he was billed for the mileage The best I can figure out, when the manager was grounding the car for [redacted] to purchase it, if he inadvertently hit the incorrect button on the screen, it would show the vehicle just turned in, and the leasee would get billed for any excess mileage.In the interest of customer satisfaction, I informed [redacted] that Generation Kia would be sending a check to Kia Finance in the amount of $tomorrow to pay the amount he was billed in full I have also checked with his credit union, TFCU, and his loan is active at this time.If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to call me at ###-###-#### Thank youRon S*Manager

This customer has a check waiting at our dealership for the agreed $for goodwill

the manager of the business did get in contact with me and told me the check is on the way to the bank , but I cannot verify as yet if that is true due to the fact that the same thing was told to me months ago when they were suppose to send the check and cancel the warrantyso until I don`t get a verification from the bank that the warranty was cancelled then I would say it is not yet resolvedthank you kindly [redacted] ***

We canceled mr mattera's product and paid him the differenceHe is completely satisfied

Spoke to this customer a few days agoInformed him that his warrantee would be canceled and his refund would be sent directly to the bank where he has his car loanCheck is on its way

I spoke to MrsB [redacted] yesterday and informed her that if the payments she said she owned (copy of check attached) was short for some reason we would certainly send the balanceAlso I informed her that she signed a document stating exactly what the dealership was responsible for and what the dealership wasn't responsible for ( see attached)Unfortunately she hung up on me and I was unable to resolve the issueI was trying to convince her to come down to the dealership and we will go over the paper work and resolve the issueBut she hung up on meI hope she calls again so I can resolve

the response is incorrect The checks were not mailed in a timely fashion which resulted in extra fees The payoff quotes which were provided expired and did not match the partial payments made I would not be attempting a resolution if the payments were made on time in full I have attempted to call the general manager several times and have not heard back after leaving messages

I was contacted by one of the sales managers who did apologize, he is going to try to call the banks to have this issue resolved if possibleHe told me that he is not sure how fast this would happen from the banks end but would contact me back towards the beginning of next week or sooner if this gets taken care of by the banks right awayI will give him the few days to have this issue resolved but KIA and its employees have not always stuck to their word and most times say they will get back to you but then never doSo once I receive confirmation from banks and credit companies that this has been taken off my credit report only then will this case be resolvedI would also like to be advised and shown proof that this fraudulent issue has been brought to the attention of all the higher up managers and corporate. I would like the person who did this to be reprimanded for falsely submitting loan applications to banks without the permission , request or knowledge to the customer being this is a very serious issueI am also requesting that when it is time for me to bring my car in to decide to lease another or buy out my car that I speak directly with a supervisor, I do not want any dealings with the person who did this and who was very arrogant and rude and took this issue so lightly as it was a jokeOnce this issue is finally resolved then and only then will this case be resolvedThank you
