myself and my husband did meet today at 12 o'clock with Ray G[redacted].  However, the matter is still not resolved.  He is going to speak to the owner and get back to me by Wednesday to resolve the matter at hand.   At this time we are in the process of negotiating a fair resolution.

They have not yet returned my phone call.  They said they would remove the tints and they are too late for that as I had to remove them personally which cost me between $140-$150.  I can obtain receipts/prices for the items purchased to prove how much I had spent to remove the tints.

I Spoke with [redacted] today, and I'm not 100% sure what happened with his lease buyout and why he was billed for the mileage.  The best I can figure out, when the manager was grounding the car for [redacted] to purchase it, if he inadvertently hit the incorrect button on the screen,...

it would show the vehicle just turned in, and the leasee would get billed for any excess mileage.In the interest of customer satisfaction, I informed [redacted] that Generation Kia would be sending a check to Kia Finance in the amount of $1665.92 tomorrow to pay the amount he was billed in full.  I have also checked with his credit union, TFCU, and his loan is active at this time.If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to call me at ###-###-####.  Thank you. Ron S[redacted]Manager

cannot verify as yet if that is true due to the fact that the same thing was told to me 6 months ago when they were suppose to send the check and cancel the warranty. so until I don`t get a verification from the bank that the warranty was cancelled then I would say it is not yet resolved. thank you kindly [redacted]

the $800 good will toward my $2100 bill which I have not received or the written contract.  I would like to cancel the premier dealer service contract and not have any more dealings with them.  This pro-rated refund will be used to pay my credit card bill and the $200 tow bill which was not covered.  thank you

I had to remove the tints immediately at my own personal cost.  The cost included a $40 steamer, $10 worth of razor blades/razor blade holder,  $30 worth of cleaners and cleaning supplies, a $35 car wash and several hours of my time purchasing items and doing manual labor.  I called back the business prior to reading this message, at which time the manager, Jamal, was unable to speak to me.  He called me at 4:46, I returned his call approximately one hour later.  I would like to reiterate that part of my complaint was that they never initially got back to me until the Revdex.com contacted them.  Thank you very much for your help as I am sure that I would never have received any correspondence without you.

Unfortunately Mrs. Betz is not returning our calls and we cannot resolve her complaint. We are more than willing to sit with her and come up with a resolution that in satisfying to both parties.

I never signed anything stating that I would cover the over mileage payments.  The dealer only sent you an image with the check they sent to cover the remaining lease payments, which was less than what is actually due the leasing company.  When I spoke with the manager over the phone on Tuesday January [redacted], his only offer was to go down to the dealership so he could cancel my existing contract and add the over-mileage payments into a new contract which would increase my monthly payments.  That is not what was agreed upon when I purchased the new car, and I am not incurring additional cost due to their misrepresentation, fraudulent finance paperwork and generalized dishonest practices.   I explained to the manager that I am a single mother, I work full time and I have a father who is battling metastatic bladder cancer, and as such, my time is significantly constrained; he was disinterested in resolving the issue over the telephone.

This $200 was applied to the car this customer purchased from us. so in fact they already got a credit for there $200. that being said we understand there was a mis communication and thats ok. we deducted the $65 duplicate title fee and mailed a check to the customer yesterday for $135.00.

We just left this customer a message on his phone. When he returns our call we will apologize and remove the tint at no charge.

I spoke to Mrs. B[redacted] yesterday and informed her that if the 5 payments she said she owned  (copy of check attached) was short for some reason we would certainly send the balance. Also I informed her that she signed a document stating exactly what the dealership was responsible for and what the...

dealership wasn't responsible for ( see attached). Unfortunately she hung up on me and I was unable to resolve the issue. I was trying to convince her to come down to the dealership and we will go over the paper work and resolve the issue. But she hung up on me. I hope she calls again so I can resolve.

Spoke to this customer a few days ago. Informed him that his warrantee would be canceled and his refund would be sent directly to the bank where he has his car loan. Check is on its way.

We canceled mr mattera's product and paid him the difference. He is completely satisfied.

This refund was done 5/**/16
