It has been almost a year since I purchased the York Antique White cabinetsWe got everything...the crown, decorative ends, the worksWe spent about $5k totalFirst let me say they are not that easy to put together (I have rebuilt most of my house), Im pretty handySome of the pieces didn't match up so I could either reorder or take my chances squeezing them inI overall I had about drawers, only of them fitThe others were a different model so they had to resend themof the boxes, of the doors, piece of crown, and the touch up kit were damaged pretty good, they had to resend themI had lazy susans and they were different typesThe instructions to put them together were not an exact match of what I got so it was pretty confusingFor the lazy susans the instructions were photocopied and half way on the page so you couldn't even read it at allThey sent you screws for everything and there were several packages that were short screws then others that had or more than what you neededNothing matched up and was very confusing and frustratingIn the end I hung them and built my kitchen and they look beautifulThe actual construction is pretty good and solidSo that is why I have mixed reviewsI could not believe how many screw ups there were on one order

It's been two years since the remodel was finished, and I haven't had a single problem or concern. I continue to get compliments, even from folks who've seen my kitchen many times. Would I buy these again -- absolutely!

I had 2 lazy susans and they were different types. The instructions to put them together were not an exact match of what I got so it was pretty confusing. For the lazy susans the instructions were photocopied and half way on the page so you couldn't even read it at all. They sent you screws for everything and there were several packages that were short screws then others that had 4 or 5 more than what you needed. Nothing matched up and was very confusing and frustrating. In the end I hung them and built my kitchen and they look beautiful. The actual construction is pretty good and solid. So that is why I have mixed reviews. I could not believe how many screw ups there were on one order.

Overall, our experience was awful. If you are inclined to purchase from Lily Ann, make sure you don't just do the shopping cart yourself. Get a salesperson to complete your order, because then they get commission and 'care' about the order. Otherwise you [redacted] 'fall through a crack' and be in kitchen remodel [redacted] with no cabinets.
I ordered Lily Ann cabinets for my kitchen remodel after pretty extensive research on-line and in-store. Based on what I read, the Lily Ann cabinets were better quality and a better price for that quality. I knew I wanted real wood, and either little or no pressed board, and I wanted something in dark cherry. It was risky to make such a big order sight-unseen, but I couldn't be happier.
The cabinets are beautiful, and they are of such great quality that I know they'll last a long time. The color is rich, and the design of the doors is beautiful; inside, the wood is completely finished and smooth.
It's been two years since the remodel was finished, and I haven't had a single problem or concern. I continue to get compliments, even from folks who've seen my kitchen many times.
Would I buy these again -- absolutely!
