I ordered Lily Ann cabinets for my kitchen remodel after pretty extensive research on-line and in-store. Based on what I read, the Lily Ann cabinets were better quality and a better price for that quality. I knew I wanted real wood, and either little or no pressed board, and I wanted something in dark cherry. It was risky to make such a big order sight-unseen, but I couldn't be happier.
The cabinets are beautiful, and they are of such great quality that I know they'll last a long time. The color is rich, and the design of the doors is beautiful; inside, the wood is completely finished and smooth.
It's been two years since the remodel was finished, and I haven't had a single problem or concern. I continue to get compliments, even from folks who've seen my kitchen many times.
Would I buy these again -- absolutely!
I had a number of issues with my order starting with a lost shipment, then a delayed and incorrect replacement, followed by a damaged replacement. The initial shipment loss was not the fault of LilyAnn, but the customer service, timeliness, and the fact that I had to constantly call and email them in order to get anything to happen was the reason for this review. Not only that but I pushed to get a refund due to the damage and delays, and then had to wait another 3+ weeks to get that.
Based on the fact that LilyAnn sells cabinets that are available from other sellers, I would recommend avoiding them and purchasing elsewhere.
The cabinets we purchased from Lily Ann a solid wood and easy to assemble. Finished extremely well and gorgeous, are happy that we chose them for our newly remodeled kitchen. Our Contractor was so impressed he is going to use Lily Ann for his other jobs as a supplier. I would reccomend these to my friends and family and day!!
Last month I have ordered Charleston saddle kitchen cabinets online through Lily Ann Cabinets after moving from so many different websites. I got the exact product at mention delivery date without any damage. Shipping facility it amazing however customer support is quiet good. Product is very easy to fix and manage. For kitchen cabinets product, Lily Ann cabinet is the good option. Great Job!!!
The RTA cabinets we purchased, are sturdy and beautiful as well. We live the soft closing drawers and doors as well. That were very easy to assemble even without the directions. Very pleased!!
