This company did follow correct proceduresThey got the delivery address wrong and left my appliances on a sidewalk in front of my business address
This *** company is rated low for a reasonDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! An it of a delivery guy who's number is (XXX) XXX-XXXX delivered my washer to the wrong address, and neglected to follow policy of having making sure I was there, having me sign for it and installing itInstead, this *** leaves my washer outside on the sidewalk in front of my business address! I called him to tell him about his error, and he never picked upI called him many times, texted him and left messagesHe obviously doesn't careWhen the customer rep at Home Depot called Linn Star, they told him the washer was delivered properly and they wouldn't send anyone out to install the washerThey absolutely lied as the address was a UPS StoreThe delivery guy said he left the washer insideFunny, the washer didn't fit through the front doorHome Depot sent

Linn star stated would deliver washing machine on the 9th of may but it was damaged they received my replacement on the 11th@12:25.enoughtimetoloadtruck
They could have loaded my new machine in time for delivery on the the machine was damaged Samsung states they do not send damaged products but based on the complaints apparently linn star does this a lotThey lied to Samsung who promised my delivery on may 13th saying they didn't get the new machine in time to load their truck for the next day but if Samsung had my machine at linn star by 12:in the afternoon why did they NOT keep their promise to deliver my machine on the 13thThey were suppose to bring it on the 9th,they damaged it,so they took it back and said the 13, then with NO NOTICE changed the date to the 16thThere is laundry piled high in my house a dead washer based on Samsung recall, and a transportation company,linn star who seems to like to be disingenuous when it comes to doing their job

Purchased a washer and dryer from ***Had no idea that Linn Star Transfer was the freight company contracted to deliverDelivery window is 2:p.mto 6:p.mtodayDelivery person calls at 5:p.mand states that they will be at my apartment in minutesminutes later their dispatcher calls and says that the delivery truck is here but the delivery truck employees are saying I am not at home...I am here, of courseI walk outside and then my phone rings once (it is the delivery person) and then he hangs up on meI finally wave the truck down and the delivery person says, Oh, we have called you five times just now (not true), that they thought I wasn't home (not true) and also, that they got lostOk, fine, I say, just make the deliveryThe delivery person sits in the truck for another minutes then walks into the apartment and announces he cannot install the washer without flooding the apartment; that the water must be shut off completelyThis is all news to me, and also, I don't think that is necessaryI explain if I had known that I could have taken care of this before the delivery (it is now close to 7:p.m., so not possible this late to call maintenance) After several discussions, I tell them to bring the dryer inThen I tell them to also deliver the washer as well, that I will have someone else install it, but I am going to be reimbursed because I paid for the installationI then get back on the phone and speak to their office manager, and the delivery guy returns to his truck, apparently to get the appliancesWhile I am on the phone....THEY LEAVE WITH MY APPLIANCES! I call their office and I am told, Oh, the delivery workers felt disrespected by you, so they left and you have to reschedule, and they don't want to come backI was dumbfoundedI have never even heard of anything like this? Anyway, I am going to *** tomorrow and if it isn't resolved to my satisfaction I am canceling my order and buying from *** *** *** or ***I think these delivery workers simply did not want to make the last delivery of the day because they wanted to quit for the dayThey made every excuse not to complete the delivery, and now, after reading of all these problems with this company? I don't think I want them making the deliveryI don't trust them

A dishwasher was not installed correctly by Linn Star and we are having trouble getting them to fix the leak

This company should not be in business I ordered a gas range from Home Depot and had it installed a week later The Linn Star guys were quick, in and out The next day, I smelled gas from the new range Called Linn Star and they sent their guys out to check the connection The second crew came out and did nothing to check the gas line connection All they did was open the range door, said they smelled gas, turned off the gas connection and told me I had a defective gas range and get another one from Home Depot
I did just that Got another gas range installed a week later with a third crew, and the same thing happened again Another gas leak REALLY? What are the odds that I get a defective range the second time?? This time, I called the gas company out and the guy told me that Linn Star did not have the range hooked up properly and used the cheep crap gas line and the coupler was not positioned correctly on the range connection After about 1/hour, the line was repaired properly by someone who KNOWS what they are doing
I called Linn Star and told them that these guys need to go get some training if they are to work with gas lines! I thank the good Lord that I am still here to tell about it, otherwise, this company could have blown me up with the rest of the building
In short, all three Linn Star teams should be fired! We are talking human lives that could have been lost! I also let Home Depot know what a schlocky company Linn Star is I thought these were certified technicians

Horrible service! I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot which was scheduled to be delivered today Between and They told me they would call when they were a half hour away At 5:I still had not heard anything, So I called to check on the statusI was told I was delivery number and they were on number 7:still no call I called again to get a status updateI was told they were on service number No sympathy or apology was givenI was just told to wait for them to call Why am I having to call you to get status updates? I receive call from a dispatcher saying that The delivery person had been injured and required medical attention so they would not be able to deliver my appliances today (Saturday) and I would need to reschedule for TuesdayThis is completely unacceptable I have a schedule and was expecting to have a washer and dryer in my house today I asked them if I could come pick up myself they said no I asked if they could deliver tomorrow, sunday "We don't deliver on sundays"No apologies or accommodations were made for me as a result of them screwing up my order I am not at all pleased and plan to cancel my order Home Depot should not be using Linn Star as their delivery service if they don't have the same quality customer service I expect and receive from Home Depot Very disapppointed frustrated and annoyed

If I could give Linn Star Transfer zero stars rating, I would! We purchased a dishwasher from the Home Depot in Olathe, Kansas on 07/01/They contracted with Linn Star Transfer to deliver the dishwasher on 07/06/between 12-4pmI received a call at 12:15pm that day saying they were running behind but would arrive before 4pmThey did not arrive until 5pm as I was leaving the houseThe delivery guys said they had 1-more installs and would return later to install my dishwasherTHEY RETURNED AT 11:30PM AND KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR REPEATEDLY [WE WERE ASLEEP]And, by the way, we live on acres on a gravel road...no street lamps and no porch light on...so it's very dark WHO DOES THIS? Apparently, Linn Star Transfer thinks it's okay!!!

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional and unqualified teach tried to install my dishwasher that I purchased from Home Depot in Aurora. I have an older home and the installation tech needed to maneuver a bit around a pipe. Needless to say the tech hit the pipe and caused a small leak. I had to call a plumber to fix the pipe. I had to deal with the delivery manager who is unprofessional and non-communicative. I had to continue to reach out to him for answers and basically he said not our problem good luck. Home depot would be wise to find another vendor.

Very rude and unwilling to work with customers. I was scheduled for Sat between 5-7pm and was called at 9am advising of issues and cancellation of delivery. When I asked to reschedule for Mon-they advised I would be called Mon for a Tues time slot. I requested between 5-7 again and was told she would put it in that I want PM. I recv'd my call this morning and was advised between 1:30-3:30pm. When I called back to let them know this time wouldn't work, they were rude and said they won't be in my area during that time. When you inconvenience your customer....YOU MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!! I didn't cancel, they did due to truck issues or personal issues(is what I was told). Any one who purchases from [redacted], etc......this is the company they use. They lack customer service and don't care about you as the customer because they are already getting paid! Worst company every!!!!!!!!

Lousy service, not forthcoming with info... they broke the saddle valve for the water shutoff for icemaker and took the handle.
Then told us we had to replace it. My son and brother left immediately to get a new valve and told them they would be right back. After my Son left they gave me a card and told me to call as soon as it was fixed. My son was back and the new valve replaced in 20 min. I called the number he gave me and was told we had to reschedule. The soonest they could get back was 6 days later. These men didn't even have the decency to tell me to put the frozen food back into the freezer. I had food all over the counters and kitchen table. They did not tell me they wouldn't be back. That day...I assumed they were going to they're next delivery and would be right back.I will NEVER use this company or anyone using the again! Very Misleading and in professional! Terrible service!!!!
