No communication!!! Bought appliances from Home Depot Delivery was supposed to be today Never got a call yesterday with the window of time for delivery Had to call Home Depot today and they gave us the number to Linn StarThey said they didn't get the delivery until this morning to them, so we are now schedule for Monday, between 12:and 4: I have granite guys combing Monday morning to measure Scheduled them based upon my appliance delivery because I need the stove in for the granite measurements If you are going to deliver as scheduled INFORM THE CUSTOMER!!!! Now I have to reschedule the granite guys because of your incompetence and lack of communication Would never buy appliances again from Home Depot if Linn Star is the delivery company

Linn Star recently delivered washer and dryer that I purchased from Home DepotLinn Star installed appliances, while setting washer into place gouges were put in wood flooringGuys left without saying a word about what happened to floorsA few days later I discovered that cold and hot hoses were incorrectly installed so I had been scalding my black delicate loadsSoOo that's when I called to complain about damage and mistake A third party inspector was sent out and instantly said no doubt the damage was done by installation crewThe damage lines up perfectly with metal on washerI had to wait for Linn Star to come back out to swap hoses so I wouldnt be blamed for damage on floor and second crew said yep here's what first crew did wrong sad moment today when I got email saying my claim was throughly looked into but they deny reaponsiblity and I'm welcome to file a claim with my insurance company and the insurance company can go after Linn Star if they feel Linn Star is at faultOf course Linn Star assumes no one will actually do this for a few scratches so they are completely off the hookYou suck Linn StarI'd give you no stars if I could!!!!

This company did follow correct proceduresThey got the delivery address wrong and left my appliances on a sidewalk in front of my business address This [redacted] company is rated low for a reasonDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! An it of a delivery guy who's number is (XXX) XXX-XXXX delivered my washer to the wrong address, and neglected to follow policy of having making sure I was there, having me sign for it and installing itInstead, this [redacted] leaves my washer outside on the sidewalk in front of my business address! I called him to tell him about his error, and he never picked upI called him many times, texted him and left messagesHe obviously doesn't careWhen the customer rep at Home Depot called Linn Star, they told him the washer was delivered properly and they wouldn't send anyone out to install the washerThey absolutely lied as the address was a UPS StoreThe delivery guy said he left the washer insideFunny, the washer didn't fit through the front doorHome Depot sent

[redacted] uses this transfer company, delivered washer and dryer on a Tuesday stated unable to install because hot water valve would not turn off,told us to get plumber and they would be back Saturday.paid extra for plumber asap fixed on Wednesday called Thursday and again Friday to let them know it was fixed.both times was told will install Saturday between 3-7pm.waited and waited Saturday then Called [redacted] at 6pm because no one has come.told by Evan we where missed today and driver has gone home.wanted to speak with manager Amy @ [redacted] ,left on hold for minutes then told she could not come to phone,helping someone else.I said she just doesn't want to talk to me ,he said yes!asked to be next delivery time,he said would not be able to get to us till Wednesday !!!!!!

Lousy service, not forthcoming with infothey broke the saddle valve for the water shutoff for icemaker and took the handle Then told us we had to replace itMy son and brother left immediately to get a new valve and told them they would be right backAfter my Son left they gave me a card and told me to call as soon as it was fixed My son was back and the new valve replaced in min I called the number he gave me and was told we had to rescheduleThe soonest they could get back was days later These men didn't even have the decency to tell me to put the frozen food back into the freezerI had food all over the counters and kitchen table They did not tell me they wouldn't be backThat day...I assumed they were going to they're next delivery and would be right back.I will NEVER use this company or anyone using the again! Very Misleading and in professional! Terrible service!!!!

A dishwasher was not installed correctly by Linn Star and we are having trouble getting them to fix the leak I bought a GE dishwasher through The Home DepotLinn Star was assigned to deliver and install the dishwasher on Wednesday, August Within a day of the install, we noticed the inlet line to the dishwasher was leakingWe called Linn Star within hours of the install to schedule a repair for the leakThe repair was scheduled for Saturday, August I was told I would receive a call the afternoon of Friday, August with a time window for the repair, and another call the day of the repair letting me know they were minutes outI never received a call FridayI called Saturday to ask about the status of the repair and was not able to speak with a live operatorI waited all day Saturday in case the repair man showed upHe did notI called again Saturday and Sunday to inquire about the repair and was not able to speak with a live agentI called The Home Depot with my

In response to the Revdex.com complaint from *** * ***, I was in communication with *** via phone and email on 1/12/the date of the incident on the letter and delivery date. You can see below the email communication she asked for on 1/12/17. *** was offered will call service at our
warehouse in ***. Safety is our first priority with our delivery teams. On 1/12/the high country received several feet of snow over the past weeks and there was an very real avalanche danger, so much so that major roads were closed by the DOT. My delivery team went up to *** ** and notified our office the road conditions were not safe for operating a foot rear wheel box truck that weighs in excess of 20,lbs, operating this truck in hazardous road conditions such as ice and snow is a danger to the delivery team and to other drivers on the road. The delivery team traveled back to *** and we rescheduled the customer to 1/17/17. On 1/17/the appliance was delivered and install completed. Please close out this complaint as the issue has been resolved with *** * ***, ID ***. Respectfully, -- *** ***

Hello ***, at this time we will stand behind our denial letter after reviewing the pictures. The pictures show old marks on the floor and along with the carpet already. As stated in the denial letter, you could get in touch with your home owners insurance and if they feel we are responsible they will pursue further in this matter

As much as I would like to help out with getting your delivery completed, this delivery was not done out of the Denver location.  We only deliver in Denver CO.  I left a message for the customer to callback so we could explain as well.

I am rejecting this response because:Manny from Linn Star called me twice in 30 days. I have called him back immediately after listening to his voice mail each time and he is always "out of...

the office" per the secretary. He leaves no details in his voicemails, only to "call him back". He is not attempting to resolve this conflict that was first brought to his attention in October of 2017. If this was a priority to Linn Star, they would have acted quickly and efficiently to rectify the situation.

We processed check for $250.00

This was resolved.  We sent a check out for $150, and we processed the paperwork to the manufacturer for giftcard/check from manufacturer $150.00, in total received $300.00
