I do not show that we received proof of payment. However, we will remove the balance in good faith. His series is now active

Refund checks are issued the beginning of each month.  Checks will be process tomorrow and mailed by the beginning of next week.

The $100.00 mystery box of cars is just that a mystery. If the customer would like a second set of the $50.00 mystery box of cars we would be happy to double up the order and then they would $100.00 of mystery box of cars

I understand completely that the "Mystery Box" is a "Mystery...

Box". I don't know what I'll be getting...it will be a surprise. When I purchased the $100 Mystery Box I expected to a $100 Mystery Box, not a $50 Mystery Box. The $50 Mystery Box included 6 cars and a stand. I expected to get at least double that since I paid double. What I got was 6 cars and a stand (the exact same everything as the $50 Mystery Box). I do not want another $50 Mystery Box, because I do not want the exact same cars and stand that I already received. I would prefer a refund of half the cost. In short, I'd like $20 sent to me or credited to my credit card. I also would have preferred to handle this via the company's customer service line but since no one acknowledged my calls or emails I had to take this route.

I have been contacted by the business and was stated that the items I ordered would reach me in 10 to 14 business days.   After I received the
requested items and had the proper amount deducted from my account,  and assured that I would I not be receiving  or billed for any unwanted
items, that is when I would be truly satisfied.

We have left the customer 2 messages.  However, we have issued a refund for the full shipping charge.

Spoke to customer.  Have confirmed with them what was ordered is what they wanted.  Nothing more.

We have processed a refund check for the total amount paid by the customer for $67.80

we would be happy to send another $50.00 mystery box to make up the difference. The essence of the mystery box is that it is filled with cars that are randomly selected

Review: I received an offer to purchase a collection of [redacted] from this company,so I sent off for them. The first shipment arrived and I sent them a check for the amount due,check #[redacted] dated 5-23-2014,the amount being $38.85. I waited quite some time for my next shipment and when it didn't arrive I called to find out when to expect it. I was told they hadn't received payment so I sent them a copy. Then I called back and they wanted a hard copy so I went to my bank and got a hard copy and sent it to them. Now they are still claiming they didn't get paid. Also I still want to get the rest of the set.Desired Settlement: I want this company to recognize they received payment and let me get the rest of the set as agreed upon in the beginning.
