Review: I placed an order for an item on 12/18/2012. It has been 6 months and I still have not received the item. I have now asked for my money back via an email message and have not received a response. I feel this company took my money and would rather advertise other items for sale then send what I have ordered. The order was canceled based on an email from the customer. There was never a charge; the customer was never billed.

Review: Called via phone. Tried to order ONE (1) item. Forced to listen for over half hour of sale pitches of other items, including those unrelated to original purchase. Never received confirmation number. Was given a customer service number to call M-F, 9 to 5. Tried calling back in that time frame numerous times. Phone just kept ringing and eventually hangs up. Don't know if my original order went through of if I am going to be sent and billed for items I did not request. When I first called, I had to give up a credit card number to continue. After trying to get confirmation on my original order, I was forced to listen to one sales pitch after another, before being transferred twice to more sales pitches.Desired Settlement: I called ###-###-#### to order 2 model pickups. Total cost should be $10 + $6.95 shipping for each. Total should be $23.90. I do not want them to send me anything else, nor bill me for anything else. Just because they have my credit card on file, I DECLINED any other offers or deals or specials they claim to have. I am not interested in any solicitation to a "free" cruise or any other deals they have. All I want is my original order for $23.90. Nothing else.

Review: I`ve been getting the state $2 bill and the national park $2 bill and quarter collection from New England Mint from the beginning. For whatever reason, they stopped delivery. Review: I have tried contacting this company now three times about my order. I still haven't heard back from them. I was charged for my order of $46.95, So I would either like my order or a check for what I paid to them. Review: This company has been automatically withdrawing $26.90 from my bank account for a New England Mint $2 bill parks collection after I spoke with them on the phone to cancel the order after the first shipment. I was on hold for almost one hour just to get to speak with someone then after they confirmed my billing account, they guaranteed me the auto charges would stop, and they have not!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the last charges to my account and I want the auto charges to stop!

Review: On March 23, 2015 I placed an order for a $100 Mystery Box and a Set of [redacted]. The items were shipped on march 30, 2015. When I received the items I noticed that I received the $50 Mystery Box instead of the $100 Mystery Box. I know this because I ordered and received the $50 Mystery Box two weeks earlier. The items in the $100 Mystery Box were EXACTLY the same as the $50 Mystery Box. I have called [redacted] customer service over 4 times leaving messages asking to be called back. No one has ever answered the phone or called me. I have sent 3 emails and the only response I received was "your order has been shipped". I know my order has been shipped, but it's the incorrect order. I sent scanned copies of all the documentation and to this day I have not received any contact (other than that one email) from [redacted] trying to resolve the incorrect shipment. I am extremely frustrated with this company. All I ask is for someone to contact me and tell me how they plan on solving their mistake.Desired Settlement: All I ask is that I get the correct package...the $100 Mystery Box. I don't want to keep a duplicate of the $50 Mystery Box. If they cannot provide me with the $100 Mystery Box then I would like a refund. I understand completely that the "Mystery Box" is a "Mystery Box". I don't know what I'll be getting...it will be a surprise. When I purchased the $100 Mystery Box I expected to a $100 Mystery Box, not a $50 Mystery Box. The $50 Mystery Box included 6 cars and a stand. I expected to get at least double that since I paid double. What I got was 6 cars and a stand (the exact same everything as the $50 Mystery Box). I do not want another $50 Mystery Box, because I do not want the exact same cars and stand that I already received. I would prefer a refund of half the cost. In short, I'd like $20 sent to me or credited to my credit card. I also would have preferred to handle this via the company's customer service line but since no one acknowledged my calls or emails I had to take this route.

I left a message on the customer service phone number that's listed in which they state somebody will return my call, it never happened. I called several times and left different messages to let know what carrier delivered my order and when it was delivered, no return calls or emails. They took my money on a credit card right away but no product came to me. The order date was 03/15/15, invoice #[redacted], order #[redacted]. When checking on the web site about the order, it showed that the ship date was 03/19/15, and the expected delivery date would be 03/29/2015 - 04/02/2015. Review: This is for unauthorized use of my credit card.In Mid October 2013 I received a call from Motor Mint Cars under the pretense they wanted to send me a Christmas Sale Catalogue. I agreed to look at the catalogue. There was never any discussion of buying anything during this conversation. I never purchased anything and I certainly never authorized to use my credit card.Because I had been a prior customer, they had my name, address, phone number and credit card info on file. They processed a bogus sale on my credit card for $38.85.On November 20, 2013 I did receive a package from them but I refused to accept delivery, and had it returned to Motor Mint Cars by the US Postal Service.Desired Settlement: 1. Credit my [redacted] account $38.85.2. Remove all of my personal info from their database.3. Have no further calls to me.

Review: This business Lipenwald.inc., made a fake order in my name with my credit card. How? I don`t know. The amount was $60.80. They took the amount out of my bank amount. The order was for some kind of fake gold coins and fake $2 bills. They go by the name New England Mint. I found out the vice president name maybe [redacted].Desired Settlement: Well, when I went to use my credit card one day this month, I found out that it was some money missing. So, the next day I contacted my bank. They told me to wait about two are three days and come in and sign some papers to turn the money back over to my account. And I also changed my account number and card number. I want them to go to jail, and I want a cash amount for them stealing from me.

Review: Placed an order for products in July 2012 and never received them so I called the company and explained and they were supposed to reship and I never received them! I called today,July 31,2013,to ask for a refund and they said they could not refund my money since the order was placed over a year ago that they could only reship the products again,I no longer want the product since it has taken so long and they have charged me several times for something I never received! The customer was originally shipped in 2012 and our records show the product was delivered to the local post office. The orders were reshipped two times in 2013 as well.

The total charge to the customer was only $33.86 as reships are not charges. The customer claims none of the 4 shipments we have made in total ever arrived, yet nothing has been returned to us by the post office.

A refund is not possible and we have continued to reship to the address the customer provides, yet then claims nothing is ever received. I am willing to reship with a confirmation of the address.

Review: My child wrote a business letter from a address in his language book to National Motor Musuem Mint. The offer was to send in money with the letter and he would recieve an antique car model. The information did not state this is a club and we would be recieving shipments each month. I have gone on line to try to contact them and can not get through on any telephone numbers and the only web address says to only contact them if it was a internet sale. It was not. The invoice says to contact [redacted] for customer inqueries and requests order number and/or account number and a zip code in order to access customer service and log in. When I enter the information is says that the zip code I enter is not the one they have on file and will not let me log on. I have been careful to enter the numbers correctly. I believe they may have it entered in their files incorrectly. We do not wish to pay return shipping on any future shipments that may arrive.Desired Settlement: No further shipments sent and and shipping costs refunded.

Review: This company uses a dishonest practices on there website advertising hummingbird vines. The website is extremely misleading. They take your credit card information and process it immediately without authorization and then they force you to double your order because they have grayed out the "No" answer when it asks if you would like to double your order. There is no back button to review your order or any summary of charges and they charge you 5X the price they quoted for shipping. I did not hit the submit order button. I did not place or authorize the order but cancelled out of the website. I received a confirmation of order the next day which I did not authorize. I sent two emails trying to cancel the order and never received a response.I called customer service at ###-###-#### and waited over 30 minutes for an operator only to be told she was only a service company and could not cancel the order. The Sales Invoice # didn't mean anything to her but she looked up my name and address. She said she had no way to stop the nursery before it ships. They were given more than enough time to cancel my order (two days) before it shipped and did not do so.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund to my credit card for this unauthorized charge of $67.80 without requiring me to refuse delivery and drive to the post office and pay for a delivery confirmation receipt.

Review: I placed an order with [redacted] (an affiliate of Lipenwald, Inc.), via the internet on April 16, 2015. I received my order on May 9, 2015. I immediately opened the package and saw that the items were poorly packaged. Everything was just bouncing around inside of the box and not secured in any way. I immediately took pictures of the 6 diecast items to show what was broken or missing off of them. I also did not receive two items that I ordered and received an item I did not order. I sent an email on Saturday, May 9, 2015, including the pictures and missing items info. On Monday, May 11, 2015, I called in the morning and was on hold until it finally told me that I had to leave a message and that someone would call me by the end of the business day. On Tuesday, May 12, 2015, in the afternoon, I tried to call them back since I had not received a call back from them. I sat on hold for 32 minutes and finally someone answered. The lady informed me that she was with Garndeners and that I needed to call the [redacted]. I told her that I had sent them an email and left a message and had not received any response. She said that she would take my name and number and pass it along and I asked her how long was I going to have to wait and she hung up on me. So, I immediately sent the email with the pics for a second time and called and left another message. I still have not received any response. I keep trying the numbers at different times, hoping to catch someone. But no such luckDesired Settlement: I would like to have my items sent to me that I ordered and paid for, plus the broken items replaced. I would also like for them to make it so that customers can contact them and things like this can be handled promptly.
