With regrets I am accepting their response . I will however contact them again and get the Elite model and try again. In all fairness it is my fault for believing in the company and it will be a lesson learned for me and anybody else I happen to tell. I am truly sorry for their lack of compassion. Offering me a up graded pair still doesn't help my hearing loss. I should have know better. ListenClear has investigated the following numbers provided by the customer***, *** and ***According to the recorded files, there were no calls from *** or ***There were several calls from ***However these calls were NOT during the free return time frameThere were no calls from 4/11-5/(the dates in which they could return without charge)All other calls were with the credit department beginning on 5/23/and after (after the trial period). All Voicemail history has been pulled and no voicemail's were able to be found from any of the numbers provided after 3/26/16. According to our findings, this customer did not call to return within the allotted time frame and is responsible for the payment of their purchase

ListenClear has conducted an investigation regarding this case (#***) and has discovered the following:*** *** purchased a pair of ListenClear hearing aids on 9/8/for her uncle, Ronald *** with a $charge due upon order.The sales call was pulled from our historical database
and *** *** verbally agreed to the FDA waiver, return policy of a 10% restocking fee if returned prior to days and an after trial payment agreement before the completion of the sale. *** *** called on 9/14/to return the hearing aids. The customer service agent reiterated the return policy and told her if returned prior to days a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price would be changed to the account. *** *** returned the hearing aids on 09/00/---- days into the trial.The credit card on file was charged $(10% restocking fee of the purchase price of $1,499.85)According to our investigation, ListenClear performed all the necessary procedures and there is no issue nor refund to be resolved. ListenClear has conducted an investigation regarding this case

her day trial, to return the hearing aids
The customer service agent reiterated the return policy and told
her if returned prior to days a restocking fee of 10% of the retail price
would be charged to the account. The customer service agent reminded Mrs
*** that if she waited until 9/30/to return the hearing aids her
account would not be chargedMrs*** returned the hearing aids, fully
aware of the restocking fee that would be charged once ListenClear received the
product
ListenClear received Mrs***’s hearing aids on 9/17/2014, on
day of her day trialThe credit card on file was charged $149.99, 10%
restocking fee of the retail price of $1,
According to our investigation, ListenClear performed all the
necessary procedures, and there is no issue or refund to be resolved

ListenClear garners leads from many avenues, including the company that has been calling Mr***We are not affiliated directly with said company, nor are we in charge of their dialing practicesOur salespeople have not called Mr*** after his initial requestA request to desist has been

*** and Customer Service Representatives about her experience with the hearing aidsOn 3/9/2017, Ms*** called to inform ListenClear that she lost the right hearing aidBecause the loss, the trial period for the right hearing aid was voidedA shipping label was sent to her on 3/24/to get the remaining pieces of the set to sync to the new replacement hearing aid (UPS 1Z2A927W9***)The remaining left hearing was received by the ListenClear warehouse on 4/14/2017, but the remote was not included in the shipmentA Customer Service Representative called Ms*** on 4/20/about the lack of remote and left a messageMs*** did not reach back out to ListenClear to clear up the situationThe remaining hearing aid and the replacement hearing aid were sent to Ms*** on 6/21/and received by here on 6/24/(UPS 1Z3Y460X***5)Ms*** called to return on 8/9/2017, after the end of her trialIn order to settle this situation, ListenClear has sent Ms*** a UPS return shipping label (UPS 1Z3Y460X9***)Once the hearing aids are checked into the ListenClear warehouse, MsMuhammad’s account will be closed

Because of the lack of communication between the customer and the billing department, ListenClear will be allowing a return on this accountOnce the hearing aids are checked into the warehouse, the account will be closedNo refunds will be grantedA prepaid UPS shipping label has been sent to Ms

I am rejecting this response because: I seems all they do is play around with mem instead of getting this label to me. I have asked three times, and each time they say well we sent that to you. I do not believe them now. I won't till I receive the physical return label. I told them that I do not own a printer, what else can they expect?? Instead of continuing the owed $payment for the lost product (subtracting the given $payment from the original $cost), we are doing Ms*** a courtesy by closing the accountThe UPS shipping label (1Z3Y460X9***) was sent on 1/8/Ms*** should be receiving it shortly

The customer purchased the hearing aids after being read the waiver and verbally agreeing to the payment terms after the trial periodThe customer did not contact us about returning before the end of her trial, making the customer responsible for payment of their purchase
