I just want to thank [redacted] and the staff at the dealership. [redacted] did listen to what was going on in my situation and got right on the ball. He told me that if he knew about this sooner instead of almost two months later it would have been fixed. He had my car tow in that same day and was ready the next day. The Service department also let me know that my car battery died so I had to replace that. The dealership took care of the cost for the replacement including the towing and I just paid for my own battery which was $115 (from another store). I'm thankful for his service. I know he told me that he was looking into my tampered extended documents and would try to fix that issue.

As of December custom stereo shop informed me that they were unable to install the CD changer. I was told they were going to inform Nissan Lithia that only the dealer would be able to do this because they had to go in from the motor side in order to put the stereo in. I was at their facility several times not a soul has contacted me since that date

The loan I had with my credit union has now expired. When I tried to get lithia nissan to transfer my loan before I contacted the Revdex.com they said it was too late because...

the loan had already funded. They can do it now, when they couldn't before? Now switching would require running mine and my wife's credit report again, which would negatively impact our credit scores. It appears that we may be stuck with the finance option that they chose for us.

Customer has been contacted and explained we would correct the lienholder if they came in . They agreed to come in but never showed. if unwilling to let us help with concern there is nothing left we can do

The vehicle payoff has been sent. Mr [redacted] is with the lender trying to finance your new auto loan but needed additional things from you and a letter explaining your derogatory credit history not adding anything new .
