I'm still in shock that they are treating a customer the way they are
If you want to return something, good luck. I ordered dewormer and the first time I put in my payment information, their website stated that it could not process my payment. I went back about five minutes later and tried again and everything went through. Order confirmation email stated I purchased one bottle. Great! Shipping confirmation email says two but I assumed this was in error. Big mistake on my part. When both bottles showed up I reached out to them to send back the one that was charged in error and they proceeded to blame me because I did not use paypal to pay. When explaining to them that their system stated that it could not process my original payment, they just kept going back to paypal instead of acknowledging the glitch and correcting an error that was neither my fault nor their company's fault but a system error. I would have liked to return both bottles as my dog didn't have worms and end up being put down due to cancer in his spleen but I ordered and paid for that one bottle so I kept it. But they refuse to return my money even though I would have never ordered two if I knew their system processed the first payment when it stated it did not. Appalling customer service

My experience with Little City Dogs is the same as the individual who filed a complaint on I purchased boxes of the "flea killer capsules for pets 2-pounds." I received my package, but only one box of the flea killer capsules was includedOver the past three weeks, I have sent three email messages to Little City Dogs and posted two messages to their [redacted] page regarding their packaging oversightI asked them to please respond and confirm the date I can expect to receive either the second box I purchased or a refundI have received no response from Little City Dogs at all.? In order to resolve this issue and obtain a refund, I have had to file a dispute against them via [redacted] I have several pets and volunteer for a rescue and, out of all the online companies I have ordered pet items from, I have never experienced such poor customer serviceI will not be recommending or purchasing anything from Little City Dogs again

I have tried to order two times now the site says free shipping but I go to pay and I am charged a fee for shipping I have emailed twice and have had NO response from customer service I am a dog care facility and have sent tons of customers their way ,,,, that will stop now as I am embarrassed with the total lack of service be careful with this company

"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">[Your Answer Here]The company responded immediately once you contacted them with this response "they had been in contact with me which they had not" and they would not respond to me again because I should have waited longer to complainThey also said the phone number they have listed is not a manned phone number so no one would ever answer that phone.

I've ordered from this company, several times and several different types of medication. I have always received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Products worked as expected. I had NO problems with the company or products. Couldn't ask for more than that. Very satisfied with service.

I received my package, but only one box of the flea killer capsules was included. Over the past three weeks, I have sent three email messages to Little City Dogs and posted two messages to their [redacted] page regarding their packaging oversight. I asked them to please respond and confirm the date I can expect to receive either the second box I purchased or a refund. I have received no response from Little City Dogs at all.? In order to resolve this issue and obtain a refund, I have had to file a dispute against them via [redacted]. I have several pets and volunteer for a rescue and, out of all the online companies I have ordered pet items from, I have never experienced such poor customer service. I will not be recommending or purchasing anything from Little City Dogs again.

Horrible company. I ordered 57 mg capsules nitenpyram and the capsules only contained about half that amount (most contained only 30mg which included the weight of the capsules). When I tried to contact the company, I was met with sarcasm and unprofessionalism about my "tone" in my email--never once would they address the issue of getting HALF the product I ordered. I can only assume they were trying to act defensively at being caught in the act of being fraudulent. I had to escalate my complaint with PayPal as they kept up their act of "being a victim" with my PayPal complaint against them. I suppose most people don't have milligram scales to check the weight of what they've been sent, but I run a nonprofit 501c3 rescue and have to watch funds carefully so I do check these things. Since their actions have been so childish and blatantly crooked (and I honestly have never dealt with a company that has behaved in this manner of trying to rip me off) I will be contacting Federal agencies to report their fraudulent practices. PLEASE do not order from them! If you do, check the weights of what you receive to make sure they are sending you what you are paying for! This company is selling products that people want to use on their pets and if the customers don't receive the proper amount for the size of their pets, the whole process of treating them is useless. Shame on this company for deliberately scamming people and putting their pets pets in this position.

Little City Dogs took my $85 order and 3 boxes of meds were ok and expired at a reasonable date but 1expires in less than 6 months. I could never use it all before that type expires so I have emailed and emailed with no response. All I want is an new box, happy to return the old one unopened. I just can not believe the lack of customer service. :(

If everything goes right they are good to work with but in our case everything did not go right. They claim to have fast service, which is a joke. It took 3 full weeks(!) for them to get the products to us and then one of the things I ordered, a pill shooter, wasn't in the box. After emailing them and contacting them to try to figure out where our order was numerous times I didn't have the energy to complain as I run a rescue and have other things on my mind. The item was on their order sheet and charged to us. I have never ordered anything from anywhere that took so long to get to me.

I had to end up buying wormer retail because we were completely out before the order came. They really need to tighten up their business practices if they want to succeed. As an example, I ordered a couple of pairs of glasses from Zenni and they never arrived. Called Zenni and they had a complimentary reorder to me in less than a week. And all my items were in the bag. I order from Revivalanimal all the time and have never had an item missing, in orders over $500. Little City Dogs customer service is pathetic.

Review: I ordered (once per month) flea controller and tape wormer for big dogs from little city dogs. I have ordered many times before without a hitch and am sad to have to file a claim, but the order has not been shipped (ups states I has been filed to ship). there is no contact phone number on the items I currently have from this company or at the website. I have emailed them 3 times to try to get my order sent, but no response.Desired Settlement: id either like my order or my money back

Review: We ordered (2) packs of 14 FLEA KILLER Capsules for Dogs 25 to 125 lbs. They ONLY sent one pack. My husband sent a message to them immediately via e-mail the day we received our order. It has been over a month and we have not received a response from Little City Dogs. Transaction ID[redacted]

We have sent Little City Dogs multiple messages via e-mail, [redacted] and by phone. They continue to ignore our request.

At the bottom of their receipt it states: Note: Thank you for shopping with LITTLE CITY DOGS. We aim to please. If you have any questions about your order, contact us at [redacted]. Thank you.

Obviously this is NOT a true statement.
