Review: On 8/*/2015 I placed an order with Little City Dogs via their website and paid via [redacted]. My credit card was charged and a confirmation email was sent stating that the order had shipped [redacted] Priority Mail and should arrive in 1-3 days. The tracking number was included, however the package was never shipped, a label was simply printed and the package never showed movement. It has now been 6 days since my payment. I have emailed the company 3 times with no response and called only to get an answering machine that does not allow you to leave a message. I have checked their social media page and seen the same complaint from other consumers. I also now see 2 other complaints with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I run a non-profit animal sanctuary and am in desperate need of the item. If it is not available I require an immediate refund so I can purchase it elsewhere.

Review: I placed an order, it arrived wrong! I have e mailed them 3 times with not a single response. The do not have a phone number anywhere that I can find.Desired Settlement: I would like them to respond to the only way I can reach them. I would like them to send the correct product and arrange for return of the wrong product. All normal business practices, in my book.

I have tried to order two times now ... the site says free shipping but I go to pay and I am charged a fee for shipping ... I have emailed twice and have had NO response from customer service ... I am a dog care facility and have sent tons of customers their way ,,,, that will stop now as I am embarrassed with the total lack of service ... be careful with this company .....

Review: On Oct *, 2015 I placed an order online for 1 package of flea prevention for small dogs and one package of flea killer for small dogs. [redacted] transaction number [redacted]. The money (39.99) has been debited from my account but I have not received a shipping notice nor have I received my products. A dispute has been filed on [redacted] I have contacted them twice via the dispute center there with no response. They do not answer direct emails nor do they return phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like my order shipped immediately or I would like a full refund.

[Your Answer Here]The company responded immediately once you contacted them with this response "they had been in contact with me which they had not" and they would not respond to me again because I should have waited longer to complain. They also said the phone number they have listed is not a manned phone number so no one would ever answer that phone.

This correspondence has all been done by email. I have not received any product nor have I received a refund.

Review: I ordered two 14 capsule packs of the big dog flea killer for dogs 25-125lbs. When I opened the package there was only one in the delivery. I have emailed little city dogs four times since then in the past week and still have yet to receive any response from them to either ship what was missing or refund me the amount it cost. There was no phone number to contact them at listed only an email. I have never had an issue with them before and use these products quite frequently for the two dogs that we have.Desired Settlement: I would like to either get the other pack of 14capsules big dog flea killer or have my money refunded.
