I am rejecting this response because: Information provided by company is incorrect. Technician did not arrive within a 3hr window. Invoice was changed to reflect an inaccurate arrival time. I called 4 times during scheduled time asking when technician would arrive and still did not arrive at time I was told. I asked the technician about waiving the service fee since all he did was wiggle the pipe and was 4 hours late without calling. I asked the technician who was going to wiggle the pipe when it gets stuck again if no one was home and if they were going to cover any water damage in the event of flooding since nothing was done to repair the stuck pump. He just laughed and said it was fixed and told me it was the company's policy to still bill if they arrived. I was not given the option to not sign the invoice. Within 4 hours, the pump was stuck again and I had to call the warranty company back to schedule another appt with a different company and will have to pay another $75 for service fee. I called my warranty company to complain and I was advised by my warranty to cancel check due to the plumbing company incompliance with warranty company policies (i.e., not showing in timely manner, altering invoice to reflect an incorrect arrival time and stating that service was completed when nothing was done and stating that pump was fixed when it stuck again less than 4 hours later) and they would follow up with the plumbing company regarding the complaint. I have not gotten any credit to my warranty account as of 8-2-14. This information provided by the plumbing company is incorrect. After contacting warranty company, there is no record of credit issued to my account and the representative said crediting my account is not part of their policy. I have been advised that the warranty company has removed Live Green  Plumbing from their services due to customer complaints.
