Review: Approximately 7 years ago I created an account online to be an advisor for LivePerson on their sub-company: [redacted]. I never used the account or contract. I would like my account deleted. Because I no longer have the email from 7 years ago and can not access it, I can not obtain my password (which I do not remember from 7 years ago) and login to the account. The company does not accept calls at their phone number, although I attempted to leave a message. I also sent two support submissions through their contact page. They do not give out emails for getting support. I have not received any help. I did do a "live chat" with their [redacted] support but they said they could not help me, which was very odd. It is a very simple and easy request. I do not want this account listed anymore and I wish to sever my relationship with this company all together. Please help.Thank you.Desired Settlement: I just want the account deleted.

Review: At 3:12AM on **AUG2013 I received an email at my email address [redacted] that was welcoming me to Liveperson.com . I did not sign up for that website, so I looked at the email for a way to report that I did not sign up for their service, but their emails did not contain any links to report such activity, only a link to change my email preferences. I went to their website and searched all over their site for a way to cancel or delete the account that was falsely created using my email address, but could not find any such link or method to cancel my account. I then sent an email to [redacted] tell them to delete my account and not to contact me again except to inform me that my account had been deleted. I received a reply at 9:28am telling me to contact them through their contact page on their website which only lists a phone number and address. The phone number isn't even toll free. They further said they would no longer accept emails at the service email address I sent them.Desired Settlement: I want Liveperson.com to delete my account and any personal information they may have gathered on me. I also want them to create a method of validation for email addresses so that a person can cancel their account if it was used without their permission or at the very least a quick way to delete these accounts via their website without the need to call them directly.

Review: I have been scammed out of $600 from [redacted] who is connected to the company of Liveperson on the internet. I was unaware of the terms and conditions if I was not satisifed with her service within 72 hrs from the date that I hired her. This woman knew these conditions but still sent me messages to wait for a change which amounted over 72 hrs. I hired her to remove all evil enemies from me and my daughter lives forever. [redacted] assured me that her work is 96% successful to resolve my issues. She sent me positive chat messages before I hired her in order to swindle me out of my tuition funds. I told her that all of my neighbors' have contacted their friends in our city to stalk, harass, intimidate, and threaten me and my daughter's along with anyone we are connected to lives. She assured me that she could stop all of our enemies from committing evil against us. She said in 24 days I would see a change and 45 days all enemies will be gone to never return again. Well, this was false because all enemies remains to exits to this day and actions are the same or even worse. This frustrated me because she continued to send me messages advising me to wait and things will get better. Please contact this company to request my transcripts. Although, [redacted] and dispute center resolve this issue because I told them I would report their company to the Revdex.com, my money remains to be in dispute. [redacted] sent me an email and called me as a liar saying that I was not a student in college. She said I said I was a student for a reason for her to refund my money back on my credit card. I sent [redacted] and dispute center a company of one of my school's email from [redacted]. Since then, [redacted] sent me an email stating that she would return all of my money of $600. You will see her message below. Next, I received an email for an invoice for me to complete so I could confirm or contest [redacted] fee. I thought if I confirmed the fee of $500 she would refund my money to me on my card and keep the $100 since this amount was displayed on my account. In other words, I thought I would receive $500 and lose only $100. Lastly, regardless if [redacted] has prior good standing with other customers, this should not be a factor for you to consider when demnading her to return my money of $600. She is a fraud and a scammer.

This is [redacted] response to my message: She agrees to refund my $500. She wrote: (you can send to me you are currently poor student proof I will agree I will refund you this session fees I will bare all money as I spent on your work and my time too. I have so many clients all are satisfied with me,you can agree pay some less money if you trust in god in real ok

thanks

To [redacted]: I did the invoice incorrect. I clicked confirm instead of contest the fee of $500. I thought by clicking confirm that I would receive my funds back on my credit card in the amount of $500. I completed the invoice before I received your email from your [redacted]. ( [redacted])Desired Settlement: Please investigate my claim thoroughly to see that [redacted] was untruthful about her motives to resolve my problem. She led me to believe that she could and would stop my neighbors' and their friends'/associates from causing threats to me and my daughter. I need all of my $600 deposited on my credit card as soon as possible. I am a college student and was taken advantage of by this company's client named [redacted]. I prefer this business stop sending me emails forever. Finally, my funds must be refunded on my credit card and not in this business system on my account. I want this account closed without showing a balance for me to hire other Psychics.

[redacted],

LivePerson received a complaint regarding [redacted] (ID #[redacted] ). LivePerson provides a platform in which consumers and experts can talk to each other via online tools (e.g. chat, email). [redacted] contacted her preferred psychic online through our Spirituality and Religion online expert services. According to her complaint, [redacted] is disputing $200.00 in charges that she claims to have incurred for communications with expert(s) and requests a full refund of $575.00 because she was not satisfied with the results of her chosen psychic.

According to our research of [redacted] account and her communications with Customer Service, she requested to have 'black magic' removed. LivePerson does not refund clients for these types of requests as stated in our terms of use. Although a full refund was not given, LivePerson did provide [redacted] with a $50.00 credit which she used on her LivePerson account with another psychic within 24 hours. [redacted] continued use of her LivePerson account up until September indicates her agreement to our terms of use and general satisfaction with LivePerson products and services.

We note the following facts regarding our Spirituality and Religion online expert services:

1) The Terms of Use that apply to such service clearly states that all experts are independent of LivePerson and LivePerson is not responsible or liable for, and does not warrant or ensure that, any advice or recommendations offered by any expert is correct or accurate or will satisfy the member’s requirements. For more information please see the following: [redacted]

2) Each customer is also guided to the following link whenever they are about to be connected to a psychic or other expert: [redacted]

3) It should be noted that even though LivePerson disclaims any liability or responsibility for communications between our customers and the psychics, LivePerson does, on occasion, offer refunds on a case-by-case basis to its customers for charges incurred via LivePerson’s Spirituality and Religion expert services. More information regarding our refund process is included at:

[redacted]

Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.

Response:

LivePerson's customer service explained to Ms. [redacted] that refund requests for the Spirituality & Religion category are not given without a valid reason (removal of magic was not considered valid). Additionally, Experts have no authority to approve refunds. Ms. [redacted] was also given a $50.00 credit.

Review: I have been a customer since 2011. In 2013, we were told we needed to increase our monthly payment to cover our additional engagements. And then again a few months later, we had the same conversion. This was December 2013. At that point, we were paying $230+ per month. In March 2014, I BELIEVE, our engagements went way down. Our sales person told us we were to have a quarterly review. This never happened. In September of this year, I reached out to the person that I thought was my sales person. It literally took about 3-4 months of emailing (since they don't provide a phone number) to get someone to answer me. I wanted to review my account to see if we could reduce our monthly payments. This company's customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. They don't provide a phone number. You have to chat to everyone. Anyway...I found out that we were paying every month for 330 engagements per month. Our average per month is about 20....which means we have been overpaying for months. Our monthly payment should be $59 and they were charging $237. I begged, pleaded, complained, yelled and I finally got a phone number for their billing department, where I had to leave a message and they emailed me. They have offered a $500 credit....That's not good enough.Desired Settlement: Credit of $1500 to make up for the overpayment.

Response:

Dear Sir or Madam,As stated in [redacted]'s original complaint, she "believes" her engagements went down in March 2014 but did not reach out to LivePerson until September 2014 (6 months) to request a lower plan. She cites an expected quarterly review as the reason she did not request a lower plan earlier (when she could have changed the plan at any time) and an unsatisfactory experience with customer service (when email correspondence shows customer service taking her concerns seriously and escalating them for review). LivePerson made good faith efforts to accommodate [redacted], and will not offer additional compensation.Best regards,

Review: I have been a member with live person since February 2015. I am not one to speak up much or complain. I chose this company due to its 100% satisfaction guarantee that it advertises with. And that if you are not satisfied for any reason, they will gladly correct the problem as this is not how they do business. That you are to enjoy your time, knowing that they are the best and have the best psychics. I did very much trust this as their word and trust that this company cared about me.

I have spoken with many people throughout my time with this company. There have been promises after promises, none of which were kept. I feel scammed into keep believing what I was being told as again, this company promised it's satisfaction guarantee. I trusted all these people and entire company as my friend. But all you have done is hurt me incredibly and basically ruined my life. I have been caused so much pain and anguish from this company and so many broken promises. I am not satisfied and I am asking you to for once, have ethics and morals and an ounce of good in this and give me a full return of $19, 454.84. This is the least this company can do for all they have done to me.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a full refund of $19, 454.84. Satisfaction was not met and company has not stood behind its word.

Dear [redacted],Regarding complaint # [redacted] the customer complained a few times in April/May requesting a refund, and brought up the 100% guarantee (see [redacted]). Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

My refund has not been issued. It was not my understanding of satisfaction only on the first reading. I did not understand the false advertisement then. A good company should stand behind their word and have customer service that leaves the customer happy. That fact that they would say such about me, that an expert told them in April, that I use various sites and try get my money back is a total disgrace. That indeed breaks confidentiality. I Well had left that advisor a poor review, as they were totally inaccurate, only to find it deleted within a day. In fact, everyone I had gone later to try review to let others know they were inaccurate for me, the low star ratings were deleted. I have asked for money back from another company who did scam me, Just like you have. This company takes 50% of whatever is spent with the advisor. I believe it to be fair to ask for kasambas 50% regarding my account and I will consider the other a loss.

Response:

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Thank you for your response. I did not agree to have my info shared between people, therefore I believe that should make any agreement in void. Previous statements shared have proven that confidentiality has been compromised. I have been very unsatisfied with this company and their integrity. I have been promised many things and believed there to be a satisfaction guarantee. I am kindly asking for a refund in association with my account. Thank you.

Review: I sought psychic readings, they took $1,726.40 USD from me and their guarantees did not happen. I feel like they took advantage of my delicate and emotional state that I was in ( I can send some of the conversations if required) and fed me what I wanted to hear, giving me false hope. Review: This website is very fraudulent, they have double billed my account on many occasions. I've sent in numerous emails requesting that my account be deactivated, yet still it remains opened. They have responded to my emails with, "You've requested to deactivate your account, thinkabout it and send us back an email if you still want it deactivated". Those emails, I've gotten several times. If I can prevent one person from becoming a prey to dishonest business practices, then I'll feel like I accomplished what I set out to do in the first place. I hope [redacted] will adopt more ethical business practices. In the meanwhile, I want my account closed with them having no further access to my bank account.Desired Settlement: I would like my account deactivated, with them having no further access to my bank account.

Review: On August **, 2013 I paid LivePerson $450 for one of their computer technicians to resolve a web site problem I had. It is now six days later and the technician still has not resolved the issue. I've sent multiple letters to the company for a refund. I followed their procedures and "disputed" the invoice. I called their headquarters only to receive voice mail. In addition to the $450, the technician had me pay him $150 by [redacted] which was supposed to be refunded from the final invoice. Either the Administrators have not fone their due dilligence or are not being fully transparent.

I'm emailed the advisor upon completion of the session immediately and let her know she had the incorrect chart during our sessions and that it was her error. This is logged in my account. Review: I hired a charlatan on their website and he did not even come close to completing our agreement so I contested his invoice, but their website makes it so that he can send me more invoices ad infinitum. liveperson.com customer service is nearly impossible to find, but I finally found it after an hour of searching. I contacted liveperson customer service by email to ask for my money back and they told me to contest his invoice. I responded that I already had contested his invoice many times with no apparent progress being made each time. They have not responded in 3 days and I want to move on. I have already hired a real expert locally to do the job that was not done by the charlatan on liveperson.com.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the services I was not given by their "expert" promptly so I can move on. They've wasted a ton of my time between the charlatan they allowed to masquerade as an expert on their site and their complete lack of timely (if any) customer support.
