I've ordered a bed for my dog more than a month ago I tried a few times to get in touch with them as item was not received after they finally did I got emails one saying that my item is on the way 2nd that order is cancelled and a refund will be issued which I did not give my consent for! I replied that I want the product not the money back but no response from a week ago and no item receivedAfter reading the reviews I realised that everyone who bought from them never got their items!
I ordered dog beds on November 18, to days shippingnever got them I emailed them times and was told they ran out of the size I ordered week later I emailed them again and told them to cancel my order and I want a refund, and also stated that they should not sell items they don't havethey refunded my money

Like so many of the other reviewers, I ordered dog beds the first week in January and still have yet to receive anything I saw the ad for dog beds on my Facebook page......wish Facebook could at least screen for the legitimacy of a company before allowing them to advertise Lesson learned :(
