Placed 2 orders in November 2017 and 1 in December 2017. Upon inquiring about first order I was told that the product arrived damaged and they were waiting for the next shipment. They said they HAD to ship all orders together so all 3 orders were being held/delayed. When I questioned why they had to hold all 3 orders when I paid separate shipping charges for each order I was not provided an explanation. I just attempted to send another message but found that the website flipthetrend.com cannot even be found now. I think I'm screwed and will never see the products I ordered or the money I spent.

I placed an order on Nov with priority express shipping 6-days After business days and no update on my order I contacted them via their chat I was told that their was damage to the shipment they had received I was not notified of this delay I asked when my order would be shipped and they stated within a few days I then told them if it wasn't shipped within a week I would cancel my order and contact the Revdex.com and [redacted] (where the promo was advertised) I was told to stop my "silly" threats and get to the point I asked to speak with or to be given the number to her supervisor and she promptly cancelled my order and hung up Very poor business practice and customer service
I paid for shipping fee for dog beds but after days didn't arrive yet and so I sent a reply on their confirmation email also sent an email to EMMA [redacted] who sent another email offering other items to purchase, all emails bounced backSCAMMERS! KARMA is just around the corner!!!
