In December 2019, I was setting up a website with LiveBuyers. They were talking with me about adding an additional to my website for $69 a month. I was not interested but made a deal to try it for 1 month free but that it would not renew. It renewed for 2 months before I caught it. Now they are completely ignoring me. They stole $138 from me and wont even talk with me now.

After speaking with the customer on Sunday, February 23rd we have clarified the situation and issued a full refund in the amount of $138.00 to the customer.

Hi ***,
Thank you for this. After I posted a poor review on facebook, the owner of the company finally reached out to me and after belittling and insulting me, they did refund the money. I would consider this issue resolved.
