Review: I ordered a [redacted] lift chair & it is defective.All legs will not stay on floor when lifting to standing position,which is a safety hazard for me! It also is making a loud popping sound when starting to lift to standing position.I originally ordered it from [redacted].com but can't find that website anymore.One of the invoices I got was from Livingincomfort.com tho.I guess it is the main order place.the website I ordered this from said nothing about no returns or refunds.Desired Settlement: Would like to have my credit card credited for chair.

Review: I made a purchase of children bedroom furniture through them on March 6, 2014 using [redacted]/Bill me later.

On the website, it said two-week delivery. Then the sales rep told me it'll be 4 weeks. Then 4 weeks became two months and then three months.

Now almost four months later I still haven't received my furniture.

I keep emailing LivinginComfort.com to get some response/update on my order status, but no responses. No one is answering the phone in customer service.

None of my voicemails was returned.

I paid $2,397.45 in total thru [redacted]/Bill Me Later at the time of purchase, but till this day no furniture delivered or to be delivered. I called and emailed for cancellation of the purchase, but no response, and no refund was issued. Now it looks to be a business scam.Desired Settlement: I have the impression that the furniture is never going to be delivered. The merchant only holds my money to finance their other operations. I need an immediate refund and I will not purchase from them or the furniture manufacturer any more.

Review: Nov 25Reference Order #[redacted] Paid $109 for basic inside delivery. UPS left order in front of house. Requested refund and was told I would have it in 3 to 5 business days. When it was not refunded, went to Living In Comfort Live Chat on 11/18 and was told that they didn't know what happened and they would send it to accounting again because it had not been refunded. Today, 11/25, contacted Live Chat again because my account has not been credited back the $109. This time I was told that it was refunded on 11/7. Not sure if I had even talked to anyone about a refund as early as 11/7. Someone has my $109. Hope you can straighten this out for me. I would like some feed back on the problem before end of day 11/25/13. Thanks[redacted]Desired Settlement: Same as above. Want $109 refund that I was told I would get and didn't and still have not received.

Review: Placed 02/08/2013 - Promised delivery of stock item in 2 weeks. Credit card was charged immediately. Was inc ommunication with [redacted] at [redacted]. Kept promising that the order was delayed and would be here a week later whenever we contacted them.

Finally, asked them to cancel the order on 04/03, 8 weeks after the initial order and received an email acknowledgement that the order was cancelled and that the credit for the order would show up in my credit card account in 2 - 3 business days. Contacted them again on 04/09 as I had not received the credit and they said they were resubmitting.

Today is 04/15 and I still haven't received my credit.Desired Settlement: All I would like to see is to see the complete amount of the order refunded immediately to my credit card.

Review: Jan 22 I received an email from Livingincomfort:

"Hi [redacted],

Per your request, your order has been cancelled and your card has been credited. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to show up on your account.

Thanks again and please let us know if you have any questions."

After numerous emails with no response I decided to call. The rep knew who I was, so I knew they were getting the emails, just not bothering to respond.

I explained to her I wanted the refund so I can purchase another item. She told me she talked to her manager and it would be another two days for my refund. Another email and phone call later, I get no responses.Desired Settlement: $310.05 + $28.90 = $348.95

Review: I have left several voice mails and sent many emails requesting a return authorization for two very expensive mobility pushchairs for my sons. I have received a response stating that the manufacturer, [redacted] will be taking care of the return. I responded that as a customer of Living in Comfort, I am entitled to return items to the company through which the purchase was made through. That response was sent yesterday. I have not received a phone call back. This return request was first started on June 26th.Desired Settlement: a return authorization and refund of items
