I ordered tops days ago Received confirmation Still no tracking Called sevreal times the mailbox is always full Emailed several times with no responseThe website says ships in 5-business days I understand that things happen but no response to my emails or can't leave a message is bad customer service I just opened a dispute with PayPal So hopefully it will be resolved but I will not be ordering from this company againNot a good merchant Don't waste your time or money

I've had a couple bad experiences with this businessMy first purchase took weeks to receive, and my latest (and last) still has not shippedI ordered on May 6, they have my payment, but still have not shipped my purchased item! I've called multiple times (voicemail is full), and emailed multiple timesI've gotten a response last week saying they will ship this week, but now they say it will be next weekThis item shows in stock, and the website says items ship within 5-business daysI'm highly frustrated and feel I've been robbed by them

This company has the worst customer serviceThey take months to respond to your issues or to send out your orderEmail after email goes unanswered and when they do respond, it's always the same "I'm sorry I can't help you"

I created an account with this merchant and completed an online purchase multiple weeks agoMy card was immediately charged, yet I never received a confirmation of my orderWhen I logged back onto their site to check the status of my order/shipment, the website said I had no previous order historyI have emailed the company multiple times requesting status of my order and have not heard back once!!! This website/company is an absolute scam!

I have ordered from Liv Luv Shop MANY times and spent a lot of money there and have never had a problem until now.

I placed an order on 10/11 and got an email that it was out for shipping on 10/18. I then got an email saying it was delivered to my address then immediately got another email saying returned to sender. I NEVER got a package and I NEVER returned to sender.

I gave it a few days to see if it was returned to them which it was. I then reached out to them via email, Facebook, and phone which none of them seemed to work. I messaged them 3 times on Facebook, which they recommended- no response. I called the number provided which goes straight to a recorded voicemail which the voice mailbox is full so you can't leave anything. I emailed them twice before getting a reply on 11/9 basically asking a question that the answer was stated in my original email. I replied same day and got no reply. I sent another email on 11/21 and again today 11/29.

It's been well over a month and I've been charged for something I never received and they are absolutely no help.

I NEVER write bad reviews but for a company to take your money and not give you the product that you paid for or try and help with an issue, I feel like it is much needed.

I did not receive my order after 1 month. I called (mailbox is always full), Facebook messaged & emailed & died not get a reply. I ultimately reversed the charges. Terrible "business". I'm suspecting that it is fraudulent.

I should have done my due diligence and research before ordering from livluvshop.
I placed an order and paid for expedited (2-4 day) shipping, but its now over a week, and have not received my items no have I received any information on its whereabouts. I have emailed as well as contacted thru Facebook but have not received a response back of any kind.

I placed order and was sent email showing my order was on its way with a track my shipment link. Order was to be delivered in 5-7 business days. My order was paid through paypal on 5/23/16, I just finally received my product 4 weeks later on 6/24/16. I had been in contact with someone via email ([redacted]) who was going to followup with the USPS tracking and said she would get back to me in 24 hours or else make me a new one. I never heard back so a week later I emailed again to check the status, still nothing. Then just last week I sent an email requesting my money be refunded, and then my shipment arrived. I am not sure I will order from them again, the tank I ordered is not worth the money I paid for.

I wish I would have read the other comments on the FB posts for Liv Luv Shop or I would have never placed an order. Myself and others are experiencing the same poor customer service and scam-like business with this Shop. I placed my order on September 4th, received an order confirmation, the money was immediately deducted from my bank account, was told the items would ship in 5-7 days and that I would receive a shipping confirmation. I still have not received a shipping confirmation and every attempt to contact the Shop has gone unanswered. The voicemail mailbox is conveniently "full" and they will not return emails. This is ridiculous and infuriating.

I rarely feel the need to reach out to owners or to leave unhappy product
reviews, however, after receiving my order of the rachel plaid button down
and gangster wrapper tee I am extremely unsatisfied and quiet honestly, I
feel ripped off. I now see why you can't leave reviews on your website or
return merchandise. The rachel plaid button down I paid a ridiculous $32
for is junk! I haven't purchased a piece of clothing of such poor quality
in my entire life. I don't know what kind of photoshop techniques you used
or filters for the pictures you posted on your website, but that is a gross
misrepresentation of what the product actually looks like. There is nothing
"chic" or stylish about it and in no world would anyone ever charge $88 for
it. Pretending that $32 is a discount is another disgusting exaggeration.
I'm a mom, I am a pro small business, mom-entrepreneur shopper and I was
very excited for my items to arrive. Now i'm left feeling extremely
disappointed and ripped off.
