This company has the worst customer service. They take months to respond to your issues or to send out your order. Email after email goes unanswered and when they do respond, it's always the same "I'm sorry I can't help you".
I ordered 2 tops 16 days ago. Received confirmation. Still no tracking. Called sevreal times the mailbox is always full. Emailed several times with no response. The website says ships in 5-7 business days. I understand that things happen but no response to my emails or can't leave a message is bad customer service. I just opened a dispute with PayPal. So hopefully it will be resolved but I will not be ordering from this company again. Not a good merchant. Don't waste your time or money.
I've had a couple bad experiences with this business. My first purchase took 3 weeks to receive, and my latest (and last) still has not shipped. I ordered on May 6, they have my payment, but still have not shipped my purchased item! I've called multiple times (voicemail is full), and emailed multiple times. I've gotten a response last week saying they will ship this week, but now they say it will be next week. This item shows in stock, and the website says items ship within 5-7 business days. I'm highly frustrated and feel I've been robbed by them.
