I have never received a check from them returning my money they are lying! because I would not be pursuing this matter nor would I have contacted you for your help in thisIt only takes five days for a letter to come from Hew Jersey to Texas by the united states postal services that has been over twelve days and they gave me the same excuse about it being in the mail which never arrived

Order #[redacted]. Ordered the largest size of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue on November ** during a cyber monday sale. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my order. After 15 days of waiting it arrived damages (perfume wrap was open and it looked like perfume was slightly used, had fingermarks all over the top), I said things happen, contacted customer service and received a return label, shipped the item and within 3 days return was on their hands. I have e-mailed, called (with no success, called 3 times and I gave up after 40 min hold time), just to get an answer yes your replacement will be shipped within 24 hours. LJ shipped a replacement after almost 2 weeks, I sent several emails, all I got was the same lie as an answer (24 hours), now my item is expected to arrive on December ** (great), almost a month after I ordered the item. It's been the most frustrating and worst online shopping experience in my life, I've shopped online for 5 years now with no issues until this. Just do your self a favor and shop somewhere else.

1.) It is a non-secure website / Identity Theft
Do not order from this website. Immediatly after ordering from this website on black friday my identity was stolen by someone who made purchases both in England and in China. The only other website I made purchases from was with [redacted]. So you can figure which website has the better Security.
2.) Fraud
I ordered on Black Friday and the shipping company ([redacted]) was given notice that the order was made but they had no product given to ship to me. This I beleive is fraud. They made me believe the item was shipping when indeed they have never given the product to [redacted]. Do not order from this fraudlant website unless you want your identity stolen or worse they steal from you with no product. Still to date [redacted] has never recieved anything to ship to me, its been over a month. Do not trust this website.
3.) Horrible Customer Service.
After calling the website number I waited on the phone over 30 minutes the first time and 50 mintues the second time. Finally, someone answered - my cell had 10% battery life left. I explained the issue to the person and they appoligized saying they would overnight the item while sending me a new tracking number. It has now been over a week again and still no new tracking information in my email or product at the door. Again this is all more lies and a ruse to steal your money. I now call the website for a third time at 1:30p.m. friday (Central time) and a voice machine is saying their offices are closed when yet they are opened from 9am to 5pm. I also have tried their online chat and no one responds. They are either full of compounding lies and deciet or they have such horrible custmoer service that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing - I personally think its a bit of both. Do not trust this website.
The only way I would change my rating is if someone actually shipped me product and resolved my issue. I doubt that will happen.

filed a claim with the insurance company. We notified customer stating it can
take 20-30 business days for insurance company to approve the claim. Today they
approved the claimed. We mailed out a check (Check #[redacted]) to [redacted] in
the amount of $206.00. [redacted] will receive the check within 3-4 business
days.

Review: Ordered $206 worth of Acqua De Gio blue edition and never received it. They refuse to call after repeated attempts, will not send product or refund my moneyDesired Settlement: Either send the products I ordered and never received or issue a $206.00 refund immediately. Well over a month I have asked for their help and they refuse to do so. Product says shipped but never delivered and they refuse to call after 12 mags. Left. Unacceptable.
