Order #[redacted]. Ordered the largest size of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue on November ** during a cyber monday sale. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my order. After 15 days of waiting it arrived damages (perfume wrap was open and it looked like perfume was slightly used, had fingermarks all over the top), I said things happen, contacted customer service and received a return label, shipped the item and within 3 days return was on their hands. I have e-mailed, called (with no success, called 3 times and I gave up after 40 min hold time), just to get an answer yes your replacement will be shipped within 24 hours. LJ shipped a replacement after almost 2 weeks, I sent several emails, all I got was the same lie as an answer (24 hours), now my item is expected to arrive on December ** (great), almost a month after I ordered the item. It's been the most frustrating and worst online shopping experience in my life, I've shopped online for 5 years now with no issues until this. Just do your self a favor and shop somewhere else.

I made two orders with this company, one of them I had immediately requested a cancelation due to accidentally ordering the wrong product. I received an email the next day saying the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund upon payment authorization. However that same day, I got an email saying the order I had wanted cancelled had shipped and provided a tracking number which has already left the facility. The second order I had also made the first day, and also received confirmation of the order and an email that it had shipped but the tracking number was invalid for the product I actually wanted. I tried to reach out to customer service via smart chat on the website but got no reply so I called. After a brief hold a very rude and fast talking man aloofly asked for the information and told me that the tracking was incorrect due to the order being placed today, when it was ordered two days prior. I asked about the refund, and he said check back tomorrow and we will send you an email saying they have refunded my original order. Confusing I know, but upon trying to explain it, the man cut me off and told me to wait and just call back tomorrow. He was very short and was completely unhelpful in resolving my issue. I am hoping within the next week (i know refunds can take a while, they take money immediately but takes up to 10 business days to give it back) I receive my refund, and they ship the right product. This was very unhelpful and irritating, and I regret ever trying to use the company.

Review: I purchase online perfumes from this company and every since 12/**/2015 they have failed to return my money they keep emailing me with lies that my refund check is in the mail. Its like all of a sudden they have went from being trust worthy to despicable I thought they were a very reputable company that I would be able to do business with and now I have found them to be dishonest Please let others know to be careful in future dealing with this company and I still hope they will return my money I live on a small fixed income and that is very wrong of them to take from me.Desired Settlement: my money back ASAP

I have never received a check from them returning my money they are lying! because I would not be pursuing this matter nor would I have contacted you for your help in this. It only takes five days for a letter to come from Hew Jersey to Texas by the united states postal services that has been over twelve days and they gave me the same excuse about it being in the mail which never arrived.

I ordered 2 products on 11/** after a week that the money was collected from bank account, I contacted them twice to ask the status of my product every time it was a different excuse, It was delivery until 12/** and my order wasn't complete when I contacted them now they said that I need to wait 5 to 15 business day to get my money back because the product it's on back order and they will have it again until next year when I ordered it to give it like a Christmas present, now no money and no product.

I ordered (Order #[redacted]) some perfumes from LJShopping about 1 months ago, it was quite a large order about $1215.90, I was notified that 1 item a Black Opium perfume was out of stock, I had to call several times to get my perfumes shipped.When I finally got my perfume via Fedex.

Many perfumes were not shipped and I had to pay tax on perfumes I did not even received, they did not take time to prepare a correct invoice.

Perfumes Not Shipped:

1. Madame - 32.28 $

2. Euphoria Forbidden - 32.34 $

3. Very irresistible - 39.13 $

4. Alien - 44.96 $

5. Azzaro Chrome Legend (Only one shipped) - 18.46 $

6. Azzaro Qty 2 - 41.16 $

7 Azzaro Chrome Qty 2 - 44.34 $

8. Davidoff Only One Shipped - **.11$

9. Eternity Calvin Klein Only One Shipped - $20.05

Shipping of 12 perfumes including Opium (not refunded for shipping) : 71.88 $Desired Settlement: I have contacted Mr. Lakwinder Singh (Lucky) who is the CEO of the LJshopping.net, he told me he was going to process a refund and contact me on Monday, but this never happens also sent him a mail but in vain.

A total of 372.71 $ should be refunded also, the billing department sent me an inaccurate bill and I have to paid 60$ approx, for tax on perfumes that I didn’t received.

A total of 432.71$ should be refunded.

Review: I have done ordering through LJ Shopping in the past without any problems. I ordered two 8oz bottles of aftershave that are packaged in glass containers. Upon receiving this last order, both glass bottles were broken into many small bits and the liquid had spilled out, filling the mailing package. I have tried to call using the number listed billing receipt and also listed on the website. I made sure to call during the normal business hours listed. I have never been able to contact anyone using a phone call. Most of the time I receive prerecorded music as soon as the phone call is connected. I have also emailed LJ a number of time stating the condition of my received order and requesting what means to use in receiving replacement bottles. The payments were made with a [redacted] card. The order was shipped 11/*/2015 according to the billing invoice. The order number is: [redacted], and the items are: [redacted], and [redacted]Desired Settlement: I am seeking a pre paid shipping package to return the broken bottles of aftershave to the company. After return of the damaged merchandised, replacement of original order inside packaging able to prevent breakage of my replacements.
