Terrible service. They contacted me for a quote on refinance, the person I spoke with wanted my SSN to pull a soft inquiry on my credit history before he could give me the quote. I confirmed multiple time if it was a soft inquiry and he said yes. Turned out it was a hard inquiry and hurted my credit. They lied straight to me. I would not recommend doing business with them
