Review: Completed a housing application with Lobos, and paid application fee. Staff member had me pay 699 security deposit at time of application. Was never informed that application was denied, until I had called within days of agreed move in date. Advised that it would take 7-10 business days for deposit to refund to my account. Being that I had to search for a new place, I needed the money for deposit on an apartment that has been processed under correct procedure. Being that I wasn't informed of the denial, it caused me to be unable to pay a deposit on a new place. If I had to pay an application fee, I shouldn't have had to pay the security deposit if there was no guarantee of an approval, and the deposit still has yet to return to my account. Staff is unwilling to resolve for immediate refund, only apologizes.Desired Settlement: 699 immediately deposited into my account, whatever the source has to be.

Review: Won't get rid of the raccoons that get into the attic above the apartment. Sometimes they will trap them, but they won't fix the problem that allows them to get back into the building. Then today, two raccoons fell through the light in the kitchen. I've reported that one. We'll see. Also, I've twice asked them to fix the heating and air conditioning that has never worked in the bedroom. The vents aren't working in the central air. I was told that other apartments are like that, and they won't do anything about it. Last fall, the air conditioner quit completely. I asked several times, still aren't able to fix it. The sink leaks. I asked twice, nothing fixed. The refrigerator door won't seal, letting heat and moisture inside. I've asked to fix it twice, won't fix.The refrigerator is beginning to rust away. Ask about it once. No reply.Desired Settlement: Fix the problems.

We did hear from you in January 2012 regarding the raccoons, and our exterminator and you agreed that the situation was resolved. Review: I am lease the apartment in [redacted] which is [redacted] Apartment Unit [redacted]. Half year ago I notice that's a crack in the bedroom wall. so I go down to the office tell them that. They do send a people up the apartment to check, and they tell me it might be the roof leak 1 year or 2 ago that cause that, since that's winter they will have to wait for spring to fix it. I'm ok with that. early this year February 23, 2015 that's a maintenance guy came and scrape the top layer of the wall and leave me all the junk on the ground and tell me he have to go buy stuff to fix the wall and he will clean the mass up won't leave me the mass mass he left. short after he leave I have to go to work. When I came home from work I see the mass is still on the ground and the wall isn't touched so I wait till the morning and give the office a call. they do send people up and clean the mass up fast. then the maintenance tell me the maintenance guy that work on my wall got fire on the middle of the job. He apologize that they don't know about this. and I ask him can he fix the wall the same day? he say no, he say he have to order stuff to fix it. so I tell he ok then I waited like 2 to 3 week no one is showing up to do anything. then I go down to the office again ask when are they going to come fix the wall, the girl in the office tell me they ordered the paint isn't come yet. that make me think. they haven't even paste the first layer yet why do they wait for paint to do it? but I don't know how that work so I left the office. a week later still no 1 show up. I go to the office again talk to them this time the girl in the office follow me up to my apartment to see what is going on that wall. after she look at that she say she try to get people to fix asap. so I left to work then the girl call me tell me to move stuff out of the corner for the maintenance guy to work on the wall in the morning so I did. but when i'm came home from work nothing have touched the next morning I talk to the office again this time the girl tell me she don't know anything. that is Saturday so I wait till Monday and go to the office building manager and he tell me the maintenance guy will be in the building tomorrow or Wednesday at this point I don't very care if they come to fix it or not so I go to the office ask is the guy here today or not? and tell them I don't care if they fix it or not I just need the manager to put it on writing that I'm not responsible for the damage on that part of the wall so when I move out they won't hold me responsible. The job started on February 23, 2015 and now April 7, 2015 the job don't even get half done that leave me to think they not going to fix it. in that case they are not qualify to be on the Revdex.com network.
