We have been in communication with the customer [redacted] ? about this issueLast we spoke to her we were supposed to send an exchange washer on Monday 1/8/but it did not happen that day and the customer told us she will call back to let us know when she can receive the exchangeThere was never anything mentioned about the dryer having any issues that needed to be resolved, therefore we were going to resolve the issue of the washer by exchanging itThe customer was referred to by her mother which has purchased from this company before therefore the store policy of no refunds was clearly stated and known by the customers before the purchase was sentWe will be more than happy to resolve the issue by sending the exchange washer which we still have on hold waiting for [redacted] to set up the date that would work for her or she can receive store creditWe would like to keep all our customers happy and are willing to find a solution that does not break the contract of no refunds only exchanges and/or store credit.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: (1st) lie I did not abandon the a/c unit I kept in contact with you all the time ,I called and stop by time s a month to see if it was repaired I lost track how many times I called and came in(2nd) lie the unit was working it just wasn't blowing enough cold air, you stated it just might need some freon and you just didn't have any more I had to wait untill some more came in.(3rd) lie in october I called and you said the parts did not come in yet so I waited,in december again the parts did not come in, every month was ? another excuse (no parts no freon the tech man is not here today and on on etc....)and you never called me back you had my numder from day and I gave it to you again! and never a call back all lies I call again and now you don't have the a/c unit anymore where is it.I was told you will replace it so I wait again and no call I come in and you tell me the all the units are in the container they did not take them out yet so I waited again no call so I call a month later again the units are still in the container (4th) lieIt's spring time and nothing I had to buy a new one $550.00, you want me to take a year old stove and pay for it too!! the stove is garbage just like everything you have in there a (juck yard) you make great deals? your telling ? me thats a fair dea.l What did you do with my a/c unit I want to to be reimbursed for my a/c unit ? ? ? The customer purchased a refrigerator from usShe picked it up instead of paying for deliveryWe have a policy that is stated on receipt and in our store anything picked up needs to be brought back to the store for serviceShe was unable to do so in which we charged her in house visit of
She was charged for tech to go out to her house not for any parts or repairsThe issue was a cracked filter that was probably caused by their transportation which we replaced at no cost even though filter are customer responsibility we will not credit the because it was explained to customer of the policy and also stated on her receipt which she was fully aware and accepted the terms at the time of sale which she signed the issue has been resolved which the customer she accepted to pay the fee of the tech went to house and resolved her issue which she has also confirmed in her complaint issue resolved and the refrigerator is in working orderresponsive

With all do respect if the hose was frozen it would not drain correct?The washer drains but does not spinI stated this in the original report and if the business sent someone capable of fixing and troubleshooting he would have seen that it a spinning problem not a draining problemYou can clearly see the the sides of the machine bulging out as it begins to try and spin but instead bangs side to side times then stopsYour trained worker seen it drain as I didIt is simply impossible for this to happen because I have all my plumbing to my house in the same roomThe employee and repair man have no credibility they were late and even didn't show up one day then lied blamed it on us that we did not answerThey ignore us intentionallyOne of the people referred has had issues as well with her washer as well repeatedlyThis washer was attempted to be fixed and replaced with another broken machineIf they can prove its due to being frozen I will cease my complaint but if its like we say then you must refund usThis is completely unacceptable and we would not go out of our way unless we felt taken advantage ofThis is the only way we can think of to just get our money backWe have not had a washer since September and have been going to the laundry matPlease help usThank you for your time. The AC unit that was brought in for repair last year was not functioning at allThe customer was told that the repair was not going to be able to be done at the moment because we did not have the correct equipment needed in order to fix the unitThe customer choose to leave the unit here claiming
that he could wait to see if in the near future we would be able to fix itAfter months any unit left is considered abandonment since we are not responsible for storageThe customer came in this year to inquire about this AC and after months of being left here it was no longer foundAs the customer stated he initially contacted us 10/6/and did not reach out again until six months later, 4/6/We tried to work something out but the customer wanted free appliances in exchange for a AC unit that was abandoned and worth nothing since it was not workingWe were more than happy to give extremely generous prices for appliances he needed but he wanted it all free, something that we could not agree on

Lodi has been my water company at home and at my business for about 6 years. There service is great, they deliver on-time, always stack the water bottles as directed and their driver are very pleasant. This is a locally owned small business yet their prices are very comparable to larger companies. Their water makes the best coffee you will ever drank!
