I'm not happy that I can't add my own photo on my website which I'm trying to create. Your instructions say I can but the system isn't letting me.nnI'm not happy that no one has contacted me about this issue yet and it's been over 48hrs. Not good customer service :(n

They did an excellent job in assisting in the creation of a logo for my drama program. Their software was easy and fun to use. They shouldn't market the logo as free when all you get is a low quality image. Sure its technically free, but come on. Although I was disappointed that a higher quality was not free, at $12.50, it was very reasonably priced

The design part is easy but having to open two accounts with different email addresses is very inconvenient for getting two logos.

The software to create my logo was easy and quick to use (hence the two star rating). However, the logo I purchased is unusable - it does not scale. The company promised to try and fix it and never heard back from them. Very disappointed and I'm out my money. Will not do business with them again.

Dissapointed there is no way (I could see) to manipulate the background

I knew what I was looking for in a logo, but couldn't find the place that DIDN'T want an arm a leg to purchase or design it. Logo Garden was the best of both worlds. I was able to design my logo the way I wanted it and they were reasonable on pricing.

It was quick and easy. The library has a good selection of items to choose from. I was disappointed that you didn't get all versions of the artwork for the one price but I get it. nnI will use this service again and I will eventually purchase the vector files.

I received my logo but the paid version looks the same as the unpaid version. I felt like I wasted my money.

Ease of creating and getting the logo great.
The barrage of upselling makes me leary--will the high res really work in the applications I need. Will the unlimited editing work when I need it . All to be answered yet.

Perfect! I knew what I wanted I just needed the tools to put it together.

Everything was very straight forward and easy to use. I also like the range of promotional items Logo Garden had to offer.
