Great quality and easy to use

DO NOT ORDER BUSINESS CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY! Creating a logo on this site was easy enough, and I liked the template generated for a matching business cardThe problem? I assumed the scale of the graphics and print generated by the template was properly calculated and chose not to mess with itBIG MISTAKE! When I got the cards, both turned out to be disproportionately smallI literally couldn't make out the print without my reading glassesThat, however, is just the beginning of the problem
Moments after I addressed my complaint to the company on the web site support page, I got an email from TROY *** apologizing for the work and asking me to send a sample of the cardI didTwo days later, his answer arrivedSPEND MORE MONEY (the wholesale cost), and a designer will work with me to create another cardAs I told Mr*** he's either very naive or just plain shameless if he can't see the audacity of his suggestionI assured him I wouldn't pay the company another dimeand I've not heard from him since
Bottom line: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANYA far better alternative is *** I've been buying customized gifts and business products from them for years, and, though a little more expensive (they have frequent specials), they offer a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEETheir customer service is superb, and, on the rare occasion when something has gone wrong, they either fixed it - at no charge to me - or issued a refundTHAT's how a company retains customers! (I've just ordered new business cards from them.) PAY ATTENTION, LogoGarden!

The site is so easy to use and the prices are much better than its competitors

Recently I designed a Logo for my self publishingThe experience with Logo Garden was great and I am now the owner of a great LogoThank you Logo Garden for that great experience

I didn't like the way my logo looked when I tried to use it on items not on your siteI may need help revisingLogo to close to edge when placed on cards

I had no problem creating our company's logoLogo Garden has an easy to use product, with plenty of available designsThe only question I have is that the vector files did not download, I am waiting for logo garden help to find solution to that

I think the idea of having a platform start ups can come and design a company logo and get ideas of other things such as business cards is awesome.However, I would like to point out the fact that there are a number of restrictions to the platformFor instance, if I wanted to use more than one of the features provided I can not do thatthe use of say half of one feature and half of the other is also impossible.This would help one become more creative with the availed features.Thanks for the platform otherwise.Regards

The process is very well organized with an emphasis on simplicityA few of the links got stuck and didn't take me where I intended to goFor instance, when ordering my business cards, a video kept popping up and I had to completely back out to get back to my cart to check outSpeaking of which, I placed my order on July 14th and other than the immediate confirmation email (order ***), I haven't received any updates, shipping, etcDelivery with some online printers for busscards is pretty quickalthough not with a custom logo, I admitI like Logo Garden and I showed the site to all my *** friends at school (***, ***)I expect you'll see some of them buying logos for their personal and class venturesLooking forward to getting my business cardsI plan on purchasing the vector file soon!

The platform is easy to use and I was pleased with the results of my logoHowever, I paid for the high resolution download and received the same resolution as the free option - 72dpiI contacted customer service and explained what had happenedThey replied promptly and told me that the high resolution was 300dpiSo, I downloaded, again, the high resolution .jpg and opened it in PhotoshopIt again showed that the resolution was 72dpiI replied to the email with a screen cap of the resolution information and haven't heard anything else from customer serviceI had asked for a refund, but it seems as if that isn't going to happenI wouldn't recommend using Logo Garden and am affronted on behalf of customers who know nothing about image resolutions
