I think the idea of having a platform start ups can come and design a company logo and get ideas of other things such as business cards is awesome.However, I would like to point out the fact that there are a number of restrictions to the platformFor instance, if I wanted to use more than one of the features provided I can not do thatthe use of say half of one feature and half of the other is also impossible.This would help one become more creative with the availed features.Thanks for the platform otherwise.Regards

I love the concept and love the website I received our cards today and they were perfect However, I was not impressed at all with customer service Prior to my order I was not sure how to order multiple cards and I called in to receive some direction The CS rep was rude, short and condescending I explained to her that the site was not clear as to what to do once the order was placed My specific question had to do with Shipping and if I would be charged S&H for each set of cards She sighed on the phone and took to a condescending tone and although she did finally figure out the answer to my question, she was annoyed that I could not understand the process It took everything in me to keep my cool as I was floored that this was her behavioral response to my question It is really too bad because I think your business product is excellent but if your team is anything like this one employee, you are probably losing more business than you might be aware of

I feel like I was able to get a professional looking logo that will make a great statement for relatively little effort or cost

I paid for my *** file, they emailed me the wrong file that I paid forThey've attempted to fix the problem several times and yet to do so

Process is impossible when getting logo proofs for my customer Had to use separate email addresses :(

It was a horrible experience The logo didn't come out how I needed and got mixed messages from customer service when I asked them to fix it I was told by one person that it had to have the symbol I didn't want, and then Troy told me he wouldn't refund me because one of the versions didn't have the symbol I paid for all versions, not just one Bad business to not be able to accommodate simple customer needs and then refuse to provide a refund

I was provided with a promo code for 33% off my purchase of a vector graphicI went to the link provided in the email to purchase the graphic, but there was already a promo code there for $offI took that out and put in the promo code I was advised to use (***) to get my 33% off and instead of getting any discount I was charged the full listed priceSo not only did I lose a $off promo code, I did not get my 30% off promo code eitherI liked the service up to this pointbut this little bait-and-switch tactic completely soured my previous experience
