Hello,To whom it may concern:The passenger is incorrect in that our driver was at [redacted] on time and in fact called the customer with the cell phone number that they provided to usOur driver waited until 4am with still no return phone callSince we fulfilled our initial obligation to the customer we are willing to reimburse the customer her credit due less our operation expenses.Thank you

IN response to the above complaint by [redacted] please be advised of the following.: On Wed 4/ [redacted] our office received a last minute request for a coach bus to transport people from Oceanside to Glen Cove on Sat with a pick up of 5:pm We reserved the bus and quoted a price of $ for the jobUnfortunately , while the bus was in route to Oceanside ,it got a flat tireRather than wait for an emergency vehicle to change the tire ( and hope there was nothing more serious that caused the problem) our dispatcher decided to reroute one of our minibuses and get one of our on call drivers to come in with another minibus and complete the jobWe therefore arrived at the pick up point in Oceanside with both minibuses on time at 5:pm [redacted] then contacted our office and spoke to one of our dispatchers to complain that there were minibuses instead of one coach bus to make the transferOur dispatcher explained the reasoning and confirmed the pick up time from Glen cove as approxmidnightAt midnight one of the minibuses arrived and waited till approx12:when the other bus arrivedThe passengers were then loaded on the buses and taken home to OceansideSince the incident occurred , [redacted] has spoken to at least different dispatcher/ supervisors about the situation and if or how he could be compensated We are attempting to work out a sensible resolution and will inform the Revdex.com of the ultimate findingThank you

The business' response is a lieNot fake newsNot an alternative factTheir response is an outright LIE!!! I have the voicemail to prove it.!!!. They did NOT call me and/or wait until amIn fact, when I called and spoke to someone on Sunday 2/** afternoon (also recorded), I was told that they "*** *** *** *** *** * *** *** ** *** ** *** ***"This is all a fabrication on their part I have an email confirmation AND a recorded phone message stating what my ROUNDTRIP transportation requirements were as well as what the costs involved would beI spoke with a 'manager' named John who NEVER mentioned anything even remotely similar to their response aboveThis conversation was in speaker phone and I have a witness to itIn fact, if their response (above) is their actual final response, why was that NEVER communicated to me? Again, both times I spoke with this 'manager' named John (date and time on my phone's call log!), both times he said he would look into the situation and get back to meBoth times he took down my number and both times DID NOT call me backMy witness will happily verify my story.

Dear sir, We have no idea where the customer is getting her information but it is not from usOur driver has a record of being at the airport and trying to reach the customerOurs GPS tracking also confirms the driver's location at the time he claimsThe best way to resolve this is for the customer to contact our office and speak to our operations manager, GregAnytime Mon-Fri 10a -6pmThank you ........Joe S***

I do not deny that a pick - up was made - the problem was first and foremost the car service did not get her to the airport on time and she missed her flight, the driver was rude and I paid for a round trip fare - I cancelled the return portion of the trip immediately and was told I would receive a refund.I am asking for a refund of the return fare.After numerous calls and promises from LIAS I never received a refund - the bookkeeper never calls me back and the dispatchers that answer the phones have no information and are also rude and crude.Please have them refund at least half of the $fare charged to my credit card

As we stated we believe we have corrected the issues by refunding the money.

it is accurate that a reservation was made by [redacted] for her daughter on 8/*/15. The pick up was scheduled for 4-4:15 in E.Northport on 8/*/15 to go to JFK for a 6:30 flight.
