Contact has been made with the customer by the ARLA refund is being issued for the disputed amount as well as a free meal replacement

[redacted] It was purchased in April or May of [redacted] either as a Mother's Day present for my mom, or for her birthday which is April I wanted to add additional information to the complaint [redacted] [redacted] ***, called me on Friday evening, Dec 26, and indicated that his wife , [redacted] , manages the Long John Silvers in [redacted] where my mother tried using the gift card He apologized that the assistant manager, ***, didn't honor the card, and that he was trained to honor the cards [redacted] said that my mother could obtain worth of food from the restaurant upon her next visit, and that if the bill was over 10.00, he would give the difference on the house I told him she probably couldn't eat worth of food in one sitting He said that if it took two trips, even if the bill went over 10.00, he would 'take care of her" I contacted him online and told him that I didn't want to risk sending my year old mother back there and have the same thing happen, and she wouldn't be allowed to use the gift card I gave him the receipt number of the dinner we ordered on Dec 26, the store number, the time of dining, and the amount of 13.47, and asked him to send a check for that amount to my mother's address in order for me to drop the Revdex.com complaint with LJS Corporate Office

restaurant to contact *** *** to discuss her visit, correct the issues at the restaurant and satisfy *** ***
