Mr [redacted] stopped at [redacted] at the same time half his group went to the liquor store, which I mistakenly called "dinner" instead of "lunch." Plus they had more bathroom breaks that lasted another half hourPlus a long delay at the airport due to them going to the wrong terminal for pickup which delayed us another half hourAnd at this point he is now accusing us of altering pre-printed contracts and our limo driver taking "breaks" on the way back, which is immaterial since he was never charged for that timeNot sure where to go from here, but we may be at a impasse

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is not truthfulI was NEVER told they would "try" to get me a ride to DenverI was absolutely told MANY times that it would work fine on a weekend, to just buy my tickets and call back the Wednesday before the game so that it could be set upAND I only hung up after they refused to make it rightSo I told them I would be contacting the Revdex.com and then hung upIf needed, I can provide phone records showing the many phone calls had between myself and the business Regards, [redacted]

Hello [redacted] agreed to the same $45/person rate for all three daysShe also agreed that it was okay to send a limo to her on Friday that we were currently using for the [redacted] on Friday, as long as we were willing to go back and pick her up at the end of the showWe told her that was the only way we could provide serviceAnd this complaint was not actually addressed in the previous email messageIt does not make sense that we would charge her different prices per person every nightWe are now at a stand still still because she is disputing the actual agreement we had her sign in the beginning of each night, which the Revdex.com has been provided copies ofAlso, it would stand to reason that if she was that unhappy on EACH OF THE THREE NIGHTS, why would she continue to use us instead of someone else after her first bad experience? I am rejecting this response because:The copies that were sent that I signed had the agreed upon $ I would have definitely found another company if I would have known that our agreement was going to be taken back on the day of the event I wasn't aware of any changes until that day so I wasn't left with any time to find another company I was responsible for people to get a ride to and from our destination which leaves little other options as I am a woman of my word

We most certhinly did not agree on paying for time from his yardWe agreed on the trip to winter park from diaWe did stop at the liquor store with the permission of the owner before booking and make a bathroom stopWe absolutely did not stop for a dinnerWe arrived at dia at am why would we get dinner? I have witnesses who could attest to thatWe made it to winter park in hoursThe only contract I signed said nothing of the drivers time back just that we had a hour agreementHe had the rate quoted out and his Driver took a long time to get back after he dropped us off The contract he provided is for the ride that we were supposed to take back with him dated 2/We never took that ride and the original date was 2/His contract online says all rides with be billed for time of reservation until he driver drops people off and the driver is on his wayHe apparently changed it on the printed off version (of which I was only given a copy of the 2nd page) This is very unethical to charge someone for the drivers time backThere is no way we would be able to verify that the driver is using due diligence to get back on time(the driver could stop for whatever and we would be charged) This is why companies don't charge for that only time in the vehicleNot only did he charge me for more without telling me he also left a group of people without a ride back, with days notice, on a holiday weekend. Thank god we ended up finding another company who was available and also a complete in a company

I am rejecting this response because:
Our total trip to winter park took a total of 3 hours. I paid in full for 4 hours. You yourself just stated that the drivers time back is "immaterial" and thats not what we are paying for. So I'm just confused as to what extra I am paying for. Seems logical that if our trip took 3 hours total from getting in the bus to arriving at winter park resort that everyone should be fine. The airport pickup wrong gate added 5 extra minutes to the trip but the trip still was in under 3 hours. The driver was locked at a gate at the airport before he even got to the gate. Previously "Tad" stated that I was paying for the full trip of 8.5 hours and cutting me a break even though our trip took 3 hours. I wasn't accusing the driver of anything I was just stating that its unethical and not right to charge for the drivers ride back because I would have no idea what said driver would be doing on the way back. We arrived at winter park at 2 pm on the dot. Pickup was scheduled for 1030 but picked up at 11 ( driver didn't have right credentials and was locked at a gate and someone from airport had to come open gate as well as miscommunication of us on wrong side of terminal). Even if I get charged for the miscommunication of wrong side of airport (which no limo service would ever do) I would still be in my 4 hour window.

The copies that were sent that I signed had the agreed upon $800.  I would have definitely found another company if I would have known that our agreement was going to be taken back on the day of the event.  I wasn't aware of any changes until that day so I wasn't left with any time to find another company.  I was responsible for 32 people to get a ride to and from our destination which leaves little other options as I am a woman of my word.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I was very clear as to the amount of people that we had per night because I double checked to make sure that they had vehicles available for the size.   We never had sufficient size vehicles.  Continual calls were made because I felt that there was a lack of organization regarding my requests which still happened after speaking every day of the events.   If the paperwork would have been sent to me as requested three weeks in advance this could have all been avoided.  I agreed to the cost that we previously agreed upon.  If Tad was unwilling to take me based on our conversation regarding the price then he should have backed out, which is what he did after verbally agreeing to sending me an additional limo on Sunday evening for not being able to cover our whole group. I was never told that there was a charge for overage until I looked at my credit card that was charged for the $119.  The person I called at the office upon seeing this was unaware of what it was for and had to call me back showing again at how unorganized this business was with our services.  He also sent us a trashed limo on Friday night and sent us a different limo on Friday after the show which caused us extra time looking around the parking lot since he was unable to follow through with our original plan.  He also said that the vehicle that we were to originally have was broken down, which was a 32 person party bus, so he was well aware at the size of the group we had by acknowledging the plan per our Saturday conversation.  I have 30 plus witnesses' numbers. Please let me know if you need that information.

[redacted]Per [redacted]'s compaint we processed and she received a partial refund below....

During our conversation she stated she did not want to argue about it anymore and hung up on us.  C.[redacted] paid for the ride they received, but decided sometime later that she was not happy with it.  We have returned her calls and processed the partiel refund she requested mentioned in this complaint.  The owner Tad stated he would "try" to give her a ride to Denver if we had vehicles already heading in that direction and she bought tickets based on that conversation.  We do not believe we promised anything other than the contract she agreed to, signed and paid for already.  We regret she cannot be made happy with the service we have provided but we believe the contract she signed at the end of the completed ride and partial refund she requested the end of this matter.Settlement InformationSettlement Amount: USD (40.00)Settlement Date and Time: 04-Aug-2017 15:58:00 PDTBusiness Day: 04-Aug-2017Batch ID: [redacted]Authorization InformationAuthorization Amount: USD (40.00)Submit Date /Time: 03-Aug-2017 17:15:36 PDTAuthorization Code: Reference Transaction ID: [redacted]Transaction Type: RefundMarket Type: MOTOProduct: Card Not PresentAddress Verification Status: AVS Not Applicable (P)Card Code Status: Not ApplicableCAVV Result Code: Not ApplicableFraud Score Applied: Not ApplicableRecurring Billing Transaction: NPartial Capture Status: Not ApplicableCustomer IP: Payment InformationCard Type: [redacted]Card Number: XXXX[redacted]Expiration Date: XXXXTotal Amount: USD (40.00)Order InformatioInvoice #: 00007Description: 20% Partial refund for air conditioning issueCustomer Billing InformationName: [redacted]The Longest Limoswww.thelongestlimos.comwww.longlimopro.com[redacted]

[redacted] actually booked much smaller vehicles than what she is indicating. And when we showed up on Saturday and Sunday, she had almost tripled the number of passengers and was refusing to pay the per person price.  There are 3 documents we are submitting as proof, and we apologize for all of...

the messy changes and cross-off entries which is largely due to Ms [redacted]'s continual phone calls up to the events. She made multiple pickup time and passenger count changes. Each day has a 2 page contract, and we have labeled Sept 2nd as P.1.   Sept 3rd is P.2 and Sept 4th is P.3 on the attachments. We are still on a manual paperwork system and will be converting to all digital by the end of this month. Ms. [redacted] signed all three contracts acknowledging her passenger counts, and on the last two days argued with me regarding the additional charges of adding several more people to her group. She actually underpaid us $900.00 on Saturday, and $900.00 on Sunday. She was also supposed to be picked up from the [redacted] Event Center by 12:30am, and she actually went over by an hour on Saturday. This is why she was billed $119.00 only, which is $99.00 for limo, and $20 for the limo driver. Now, apparently she would like her initial $100 deposit back for each night that booked with us. Plus the overtime charge. We are not interested in granting her any more discounts, and would actually like to still be paid for the $1,800.00 she still owes us. Thank you for your time. We have 3 drivers who can verify all of this information.  [redacted] Amelia,  [redacted] Patrick,   [redacted] Brian
