Longterm Financial Services

In February 2017 I mailed all pertinent documents required to Longterm Financial Service LFS LLC to complete my spouse and I taxes for 2016. After not receiving any feedback on the status of our taxes from LFS I contacted LFS via telephone two days before the tax submission deadline and was informed our taxes would be completed that day. After two days elapsed and I did not receive confirmation the taxes were completed I call LFS again on 18 April and was assured our taxes would be completed that evening and would receive a phone call that evening. I stayed awake until 1230am that evening and did not receive a phone call as promised. On 19 April I attempted to call LFS however was unable to speak to anyone as my calls were diverted to LFS answering service. I was unable to leave a message as LFS answering prompted me for a mail box code each time I called.
