Hi Just to let you know I still did not receive the replacement DVD as of yet...as per e-mails below...This is so ridiculous already as have ordered different DVD’s from *** around the same time and received them in a very timely manner...The cost of this movie was charged to my *** almost immediately and I still have not been able to watch how it ends....only the first part....and this is very disappointing to say the least.Please see what can be done...a replacement immediately plus should also get a refund for all the trouble... Thanks*** ***

HiThis is in regards to a
complaint I made earlier (see below) and closed it as I did receive the DVD, but yesterday settled down with the friend whom I bought this for as a gift, only to find out they only recorded out of chapters so will never know the ending....This appears to be a movie copied to a blank DVD, but then not checked to ensure it recorded properly as there probably should have been DVD’s to make sure the entire movie recorded... I either want the complete movie sent to me or a total refund of same....this was a gift to someone who had seen this years ago and loved it....but wanted to watch again as it had been so long and forgot some of it.....and it sure didn’t make me look very good to give something that is totally incomplete. What I received appears to be a blanket response to practically every complaint against this businessI don't care if they are busy, or back loggedThat is NO excuse for not responding to PAYING customers who simply want their merchandiseI want to know EXACTLY when my merchandise is shipped (I strongly encourage them to mail my product TODAY!) and prefer to have a tracking number sent to me.
