This business has received communications from both you (Revdex.com) and myself requesting...

I either receive the dvd purchased or a refund.  These communications go back over a month without any response from the business until now; their response doesn't offer a resolution, only a request for information they already have.  I have since located and purchased this dvd set from another source at a cost three times more than the dvd I was suppose to receive from raredvds..  At this point, the only resolution possible seems to be a refund of the $16.44 which I paid to raredvds.  Although, in a perfect world, they should be held accountable for the cost ($30.) of purchasing the dvd set elsewhere.Regards,

Better Business...

Bureau:It took an unreasonably long time to receive my order and I had no responses from the emails I sent to the business.  I finally received my order, but only after a complaint was filed with the Revdex.com.  The business response was a canned answer that I have seen on other complaints for this business.   Since I have received my order, I will accept the business response and understand that my complaint #[redacted] will be closed as resolved, but I will not order from this business again.

I feel after everything that this has put me through I should get a full refund plus keep the DVD sense I will have to pay to send it back and I feel I shouldnt have to pay to send back sense it wasnt  the origanal like had expected it was a copy of what I wanted

Regards,I reject the memo, it is just a joke, it is the same form letter I have seen sent to other people scammed by this business. they sent it to you, also!!  they will never complete the transaction, it is just a scam to steal honest buyers money. I am not the first person they have stolen from, they have no intention of ever sending the DVD movie I PAID FOR.
