Revdex.com COMPLAINT ID [redacted] Purchase of a Dodge Challenger on January 9, Mr [redacted] was having issues with getting a title to his new vehicle I as controller Contacted the prior owner of the vehicle who lived in Indiana and had originally given the dealership the incorrect dodge title when it was traded He went to the Indiana Bureau of motor vehicles and acquired a duplicate title for us This was sent to [redacted] County and returned for a signature During this time I, [redacted] Controller was in Constant contact with the customer, offering to have a runner bring it back to [redacted] county Which he said was unnecessary [redacted] County titled his vehicle on 5/24/I was assured All was taken care of Mr [redacted] is completely aware of this situation and that I personally Had taken care of itLouisville CDJR [redacted] Controller [redacted]

Review of this complaint and spoke with service director [redacted] has returned since the previous disputed repair/rental [redacted] has addressed his needs- purchased a battery for this customer at our expenseas well as provided him with a $in store credit Customer seems to be satisfied at this time Karen

*** [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] On April 23rd we repaired Mrs [redacted] ’s vehicle the parts that were ordered for her vehicle took longer to arrive from the manufacture, we did install the radio to repair the navigation as soon as the parts arrivedWhen I spoke to Mrs [redacted] after the complaint was sent in we agreed to give her year’s of free oil and filter changes and tire rotation for her inconvenience Mrs [redacted] agreed that this was satisfactory to her for the time she lost coming to the dealership please close the case as Mrs [redacted] is now completely satisfied Thank You [redacted] Place Parts and Service DirectorLouisville Chrysler

Customer has been in contact with our General Manager [redacted] ***, we are reimbursing him for the purchase of the tail lightand also having it installed Customer is satisfied with this conclusion [redacted] controller

We have already been in touch with this customer and have reached a resolution

I don't know how the bank processed the lease with out taxes, but the dealership does not pay state sales tax for customers. I reached out to the bank to ask how this can be updated. *** ***

When the car was sold by us it didn't reflect frame damage by CarfaxAlso, I just checked the Carfax and it still doesn't reflect any frame damageShe found the vehicle on the internet and came to purchase the vehicle at the internet price. Our website clearly allows for all consumers to
see the Carfax with the click of a buttonI'm sure Carfax can let her know that it doesn't say anything about frame damage on their website

In regard to Mr***'s complaint we spent several days trying to get in contact with him. Finally after many failed attempts to reach him, we received a paystub that was later deemed illegible by the lending institution. As soon as we received notice of needing a
clearer copy, we attempted to reach out to Mr*** again with no successDue to Mr***'s inability to provide proof of his stated income, the lending institution was unable to complete his request for auto financing

In regards to *** *** complaint. We found that we did have the wheel lock key on her purchased vehicle, on the day we received the complaintI personally tried to call *** *** and left message on her voice mail. We then the following Monday or Tuesday overnighted the key
to her.Have had no further response from the customer thank youKarenent to the customer /as well as cc Revdex.com

The business has replaced the rims with two new rims and resolved my complaint

Have spoken with our Service Director, [redacted].  He advised that Ms. [redacted]has been to the dealership.  Has received a $490.00 check for the payment on her loan.We have also replaced her radio.  He felt she was completely satisfied
