First of all, we are dealing with yearly property taxes not sales tax. Secondly we...

spoke with the bank, Chrysler Capital. They said that it is not standard practice to not include property taxes with the monthly payment. Louisville Chrsyler wrote the lease in this manner, without disclosing it to us. We were told that everything was included in the monthly payment.

originally given the dealership the incorrect dodge title when it was traded.  He went to the Indiana Bureau of motor vehicles   and acquired a duplicate title for us.  This was sent to [redacted] County and returned for a signature.   During this time I, [redacted] Controller was in Constant contact with the customer, offering to have a runner bring it back to [redacted] county Which he said was unnecessary.  [redacted] County titled his vehicle on 5/24/16.
