At the Louisville Mens Clinic, we have specialized treatment plans that require custom formulations of medications for specific patientsTherefore, once medications have been ordered they cannot be returnedDue to the nature of this medication we require patients to sign a contract indicating all sales are final However, we do understand and empathize with our patients As a good faith effort on 6/23/16, while are policy is all sales are final we offered the patient to put his plan on a day hold in which he agreed On 7/7/the patient, his wife, and the clinic came to an agreement that we would put the plan on an indefinite hold instead of days so that he could utilize any of our services at any time needed We additionally offered other treatment options or services in lieu of the medication We have treated over 6,patients at the Louisville Men's Clinic and while we strive to satisfy each and every patient we have to maintain our policies We would happily encourage Mr [redacted] to come back to the clinic and resume his treatment plan or utilize any one of our other services

Unfortunately, Mr***'s experience at the clinic in was with prior ownershipAnd while we understand his concern, we have specialized treatment plans that require custom formulations of medications and once medications have been ordered they cannot be returnedDue to the nature of this medication we require patients to sign a contract indicating all sales are finalWe strive to satisfy all of our patients, regardless of their time of service Therefore, we would love to have Mr [redacted] return to the clinic and offer him the option to utilize any of our services to rectify his issue in the past

We have addressed the issues with this complaint The medicine works for this patient and it is not an exact science that the perfect dosage can be found for a patient in only one or two trial doses We have shown we can fix this patients issue and he only needs to return to the clinic so our Doctor can determine the perfect dosage for him

On 2/24/the physician met with the patient *** *** *** *** he received a test dose of medication and had a very positive responseThe patient has had additional adjustments made to his dosing both showing increasingly positive results*** *** *** *** ***

I am not coming backI was mislead into believing I was only paying for the $visit. However, we do understand and empathize with our patientsWhile there seems to be some misunderstanding, we did speak with Mr*** on 7/25/and informed him that his blookwork was ready. He informed us that he wanted a treatment option that would "justify his purchase" and we presented him alternative therapies or treatment options for him to utilize. He declined them at the time but we would still like to honor these options and have Mr*** return to the clinic and continue his treatment

Our clinic prides itself with the professionalism of its medical staff in treating ED problems We are disturbed when we hear facts distorted such as this Our treatments for ED will lower blood pressure if it does anything A patient is never asked to fill our a contract before a
treatment This patient actually stayed in our clinic longer than usual as he was excited about his reaction to the treatment and wanted to see how long it would last (rather than us reverse the treatment sooner as we do with most patients) The patient opted to purchase a treatment plan that worked for him and, clearly signed in more than one place, that medical treatments are non-refundable and all sales are final The patient was offered other treatment options when he called, but would not discuss options with our staff We must enforce our non refundable policy for cases of buyers remorse This gentlemans current treatment or other options are available to him

This patient came to our clinic for his initial visit and was seen by our physician for his consultation, at which point after hearing about the treatment options available he choose to receive a test does in officeThis test dose received a positive responseThe patient stated he was interested
in our treatment options but wanted to try another test dose to get a better responseAt this point after having a full visit with our staff and physician, we did not charge him the $for his visit, and rescheduled him for another day to be testedWhen the patient came back he received an even better response to the medication at which point he requested the dosing information to get the medication from somewhere elseWe gave him the dosage to be filled somewhere else, at this point the patient waived blood work from usThe patient has had two visits with our staff and physician and only paid for one, we welcome him to come back at any point to get his blood drawnWe are upset by the claims this patient makes, furthermore this patient never made an effort to contact us about any issues while here or after his visitWe have gone above and beyond to accommodate him and are still wanting to help him in any way we can

I did not stay because of what the business said that I wanted to see how long the treatment worked I stay because of the reaction I had towards the injection my blood pressure was out of range and they gave me pills to get it back to a safe level in order to let me leave pills and wait a half an hour then again pills and wait another hour before my blood pressure was OK, this was alarming to me and I fill that under distress they had me sign the papers for a 3month treatment in which I was only there one time something should be refundedThey offered me a substitute pills and testorine shot in which I refused to be a part of .This is the truth behind the close doors

Our Clinic continues to be disturbed by the claims made and distortion of facts Our medicines for erections do not cause elevated blood pressure, but it in fact can lower blood pressure We have attempted to offer other treatments to this patient and he refuses to discuss with our staff We must adhere to our policies that every patient is made aware of

We have reached a mutual agreement with this patient on 11/2/that has left both parties happyAny miscommunication has been resolved and if we can be of any service to him in the future we happily encourage him to reach out to us

We are always distressed when we see a patient send a complaint to the Revdex.com, and especially one of this nature This patient came to us with his ED problem Our treatments clearly enabled him to have erections again He signed in numerous places when he elected to purchase one of
our treatment options that "all sales are final" The patient has now decided he does not want to participate in treatment any further, but we have to stand by our contracts and can not issue a refund This patient's continued treatment continues to be available to him or his treatment options could be transferred to another treatment type We are here to help him

We at the Louisville Mens Clinic, offer a variety of treatments for men with erectile issuesWith there being no cure for erectile dysfunction, we offer treatments to treat the symptoms a individual may be havingWith this being said, every situation is unique and our physicians and staff do
everything we can to find the best treatment for the patientAt the Louisville Mens Clinic our counselors and doctors do their absolute best to determine the best path of treatment that is within the patient budgetWe have successfully treated over 5,men in the Kentuckiana area by customizing a treatment plan that fits their needsWe have spoken with this patient and have asked him to come into the clinic to discuss this situation with us to get it resolved as quickly as possibleWe look forward to speaking with him, and encouraging him to continue treatment

At the Louisville Mens Clinic our patient educators and doctors do their absolute best to determine the best treatment pathway that is within the patients budgetOver 7,men have been successfully treated on this premises and continue to enjoy a healthy *** life. Our medications are custom formulated and tailored for each specific patient. This is why our contract specifically states that the medications cannot be returned and all treatments are final without a physicians medical reason for not using the medication. According to our medical records, Mr*** has shown increasingly positive results using the medication and had such a good response with his test doses that he elected to purchase a full years worth of customized medication. We are disappointed that the patient is not satisfied and have urged the patient to contact us to continue his treatment process or select an alternative treatment pathway. However, if he still feels this is an unacceptable solution. In order to recoup what the patient has already received from our medical staff in supplies and medication, that cannot be returned, we can agree to a partial return. We hope this is a sufficient compromise based on the medical results and services Mr*** has received
