I order a sweat shirt for 50 bucks lets just say I have made contact with them no responce where or when ill get my item I ordered it u guess it june of 2016 its now may 2018 and nothing I have try to get my money back I got one responce last oct it was ready for shipping waiting for ups but ups was waiting on them when I check the tracking number they gave me was no good f* love and war clothing
It doesnt even deserve a star they are a disgrace calling them self love and war it should be called fake and scam dependas 0 stars ? they should get 5 st emojis

I wish I could use less than 1 star...placed an order Jan 18--followed up in March and May. You guessed it, no response. So now I've paid $40 for a shirt that never came and it's November. I hope this business closes down and STOPS doing this to people who think they are actually getting something for their money. Isn't it grand to just ignore people? THANKS FOR STEALING FROM SO MANY

0 Stars. Same experience as others. I wish we had read reviews first before buying. We waited the 18-20 business days, order still shows as processing. Emails inquiring about our purchase goes unanswered. I found a similar shirt on a trusted website (and I actually like it better) that won't have an 18-20 business day wait, but even if they did, I will get the shirt still. Buyer beware!

This place is a scam! I placed an order back in March recieved and email saying my order had shipped but I have yet to receive anything and the post office says package was never brought in. So disappointing. I have sent two messages with no response. Money was taken out of my account immediately I want a refund! I don't know how people can be so dishonest and get away with this. Negative 5 stars

Worst experience online ordering ever! Next time I will use Etsy! Please don't use this company unless you don't need what you ordered, you dont want to be able to call them from the "contact us" link or when you have been messaging them for months asking about your order you don't want a reply!

If there were negative stars that's what l would give this company. It has been over two months since ordering. Much like the other reviews l have gotten no replies to emails, updates, or any other information concerning my order. Save your money and find another legitimate business to buy from.

this is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I have emailed them over 8 times and have heard nothing back. I ordered my $60 jacket January 23rd 2017 and it is now march 22nd and my boyfriend graduates next week and I wanted that jacket for his graduation. she is the biggest /censored/ business owner. refund me my /censored/ money or give me an update on my /censored/! it doesn't take 3 months to make a jacket and ship it out

I placed an order in Sept 2016, I have emailed many times and the phone number is incorrect on their website. The money came from my account in seconds and can't even get the coat I wanted to wear when my boyfriend was to leave on deployment. I would not recommend ordering from them, you better off riding down the road and throwing money out the window.

I should have read these reviews before ordering from this site, I placed an order on January 4th for a jacket and it has been approximately 22 to 24 business days not including holidays or weekends as the turnaround times state..I have emailed countless times and with no response am getting concerned that my $53.95 has gone to waste. This jacket was very sincere to me and Id still very much like to receive it or get an update on my order, I understand this is a one woman show and I can totally respect that but there needs to be SOME communication with customers. My order as of now February 10th still says "Awaiting Fulfillment". My money was swiftly taken out of my count and if this matter does not get resolved regrettably I am going to have to file for fraud on my card, luckily I am covered and my bank will refund me. This is a very sad and disappointing series of events because these items mean so much to these military and first responder families. I will continue to try and make contact but have very little hope I will get my order.

The owner has a new shop called Southern Alternative with a storefront in NC. Maybe you can call in and get your money back. Myself and my best friend lost over $200 because of this company. We're thinking about driving there this weekend and getting our money back!

My bf ordered a shirt for me, since he deployed in July I wanted a nice shirt to wear to represent his duty.
The shirt was probably ordered in sep/Oct 2016 I'm not even really sure anymore since its been such a long wait .
I know the webside states that there is a turnaround time and I am totally fine and very understanding of that but It is mid January 2017 now and I still haven't received my shirt nor have I recieved an answer to the 3 emails I've send over the last few weeks asking about my order !!!!! LOVE AND WAR CLOTHING had no problem at all taking our money in a heartbeat so I think they could at least have the decency to reply to an email explaining the current states or an apology for the long wait.
That is very very poor customer service and very unprofessional.
I am tired of running after this company and asking about my merchandise.
Desired settlement would be receiving my shirt which I would really Lovett have (still) or a refund.

In February I ordered a shirt and I was sent the wrong size shirt and the lettering was ripped. The company refuses to refund my money. My purchase date was February 20, 2014. The order number is [redacted]. The website stated that it may take up to a month before I receive my order, or else they would email me to let me know of any delay. I didn't get my shirt in the mail until April 28th. They never told me that my shipment would be delayed an entire month. When my shirt finally arrived, the color of the letters wasn't the same as shown on the site, and I was given a lady's fitted shirt instead of the unisex shirt I ordered. Also, the lettering was ripped in the back. I emailed them to let them know of these mistakes, and they said I could not have my money back, and that I can have the correct shirt sent to me if I return mine. So I emailed them again asking whether I was going to get my correct shirt or money back and no one will respond. I have asked 3 times now. They did not send a receipt with my shirt, but the USPS trackingDesired SettlementI would like to get my money back, but if nothing else, the correct shirt would be sufficient. Business Response Website clearly states refund/exchange policies and has a terms and conditions section that MUST be agreed to prior to check out so that the customer understands I am only ONE PERSON hand making each item and what to expect when placing an order. Came in contact with hostile customer and told her I would be more than happy to exchange for a new item + send over a prepaid shipping label but she was not happy with that response. Have not heard back from customer since now. Still would be happy to exchange for another item if I receive the old one back and/or hear a response in a CIVILIZED MANNER. Consumer Response I have tried being civilized three more times via e-mail and still have yet to hear a response. I was hostile because I told you I would be fine with the correct shirt and you still haven't sent a receipt or shipping label.

Ordered a tank top 2/19/16 and received an invalid tracking number on 3/30/16 from a person named "[redacted]". Tried emailing to verify the tracking number!I had ordered a tank top for $29.95 on 2/19/16 via [redacted] from Love & War clothing. It passed the turn around so I emailed the company on 3/24/16. I received an email the NEXT day from [redacted] explaining that my order was considered customized and that it was being completed today and shipped out. I received a shipping email on 3/30/16 about my order# XXXXX with an invalid tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I tried contacting the company numerous times and never received a response. I'm beyond frustrated and would like my money back that was stolen from me. I went to this company honestly and trying to purchase something to represent my husband's service and all I got from it was nothing.Desired SettlementI would like my order to be refunded immediately! The company was quick to retrieve the funds from my account so Sam needs to immediately refund my $29.95 back into my account.

Now I've ordered from them before and other than the wait time, I had an awesome experience. However, I ordered a second time and had a question about my order, not related to the ship time, and it's been 8 months and have emailed her multiple times and have heard NOTHING. I realize this is a small business and a one women shop, but I run a small business also and at some point you have to either hire someone else to help or re-prioritize your customers.... they should be the top priority. I placed an order on July 26 spent almost sixty on a customized hoodie and have yet to receive anything. I have not received an updated shipping information or a single reply to my various emails. I thought this would be a cute little piece of clothing and im not even going to be able to wear a thin little zip up hoodie when it finally comes in due to the fact that the weather is getting cold outside. Awful customer service! I order a tank top the first week of July 2016 and have yet to receive my order. They charged my account and sent me a confirmation email but have yet to send me any updates on my order. I have tried emailing them several times and no response. The website does not have a phone number to contact them. Which seems extremely shady to me. EXTREMELY UPSET CUSTOMER!

Business took my money for my order, order is still marked as "awaiting fulfillment", and owner will not respond to any emails or messages. Ordered a sweater two months ago, it has surpassed the allotted turnaround time listed on the website. Owner will not respond to any emails or messages. Ordered sweatshirt a month and a half ago and have never received. No response to requests for order status. We paid over $50 for a Marine Sweatshirt back at the beginning of February 2016... it's now almost the end of March and no sweatshirt from this company. We wanted it for a Marine Corp boot camp graduation and won't have it now. We have emailed the company multiple times and no response. Owner put up a notice on the website about moving and catching up with orders and gave a personal email... we tried that email as well. No response. You placed an order on 25th Feb 2016 and you filed a complaint on March 23rd 2016 making it less than a month since you placed your order. Our current turnaround time is 20 to 24 business days not including weekends or holidays as stated on the website and during check out. Your order is within the current turnaround times given and will be shipped out within the next few days with tracking emailed over. I am only one person hand making each item and receive hundreds of orders a week that I must keep up with and fill which is the reason for the turnaround time that is in place. Thank you so much!

My order was never fulfilled. Order never shipped, my card has been charged and I have sent 4 messages and have not gotten a response. I placed my order (#XXXXX) on August 25, 2016. My account was charged almost instantly. The website stated that the product turn around would be 20 to 24 business days. Around the middle of September I started checked my my order status on an almost daily basis. My order status as of today still says awaiting fulfillment. On September 22, 2016 I sent my first message through her website to check on my order. On October 3, 2016 I still hadn't heard anything so I tried to message her through the website again. The link to call on the website does not work. On October 5 I still had not heard anything and the order status had not changed so I sent an email. My frustration continues to grow as she runs a business to make clothing for military and first responder's families and knows these items are special. If she was not able to fulfill my order or something was on back order she should have let me know. I have given her numerous opportunities to respond and she has not. I sent her one final email this morning asking for a refund but highly doubt I will get a response.Desired SettlementI would prefer to have my product delivered but if that doesn't happen I would like a refund. I don't think my account should have been charged if she knew it would take so long to send the product.

I ordered a shirt that came way to small. I only wanted to return it for a bigger size. It took someone over a month to get back in contact with me. After that I just wanted a refund. They sent me a return label so I shipped it back. 2 months later no contact from them, no T-shirt exchange, no refund. Terrible company, terrible customer service.","neg-4
