I ordered a pair of underwear from them over two months ago and the order still hasn't been processed or fulfilled. I have messaged them and emailed them numerous times and I haven't gotten any replies. Your clients should be a priority to you if you want to run a buisness. ","neg-3

I placed an order in February, was charged and told it would take a few weeks for production. I still have not received my order.I placed an order on February 19, 2015 for a coffee mug. My order number was [redacted] and I was charged $26.95 on February 20. When I placed the order I understood that it would take a few weeks for production. Of course, I was charged right away. I received shipping notice on March 25th however I never received anything. I contacted the company and had correspondence with [redacted] and [redacted]. I was told they would find it and it would ship and I would be updated. I never received a response so I reached out to them again. I was told again that it would be looked in to. Finally I asked for a refund and never heard anything from them. I went to my bank to try to get my money back, but of course at this point it has been too long since the charge was made to my account. Today, I emailed and demanded a refund. I tried to find their website, but it no longer exists, conveniently. I am beyond frustrated.Desired SettlementI want a refund of the $26.95 they charged my account. ordered shirt. never got my shirt or has not responded to emails questioning the where abouts I ordered a t shirt on 8/9/16. I got a confirmation saying t was ordered and money taken out of my account. order number is XXXXX. never got a shipment email. I emailed them a month later asking how it was going on my shirt and never got a response. I emailed them two weeks ago saying it had been almost 2 months since my order and way past the turn around time and where my shirt was. again, never got a response. money has been taken out of my account 2 months ago and I have not seen my shirt or heard from the company.Desired Settlementi really like the shirt. so I would like for them to finish my shirt and mail it to me.

My husband ordered a gift for me several months ago from Love and War Clothing. It has not been delivered and I cannot get a response from L&W.Prior to my husband's deployment he ordered two shirts for me from Love and War Clothing as a gift, totaling roughly $75. This order was placed on March 27, 2015. My husband deployed on April 5, 2015. He then emailed the company on April 28, 2015 reporting that he had not received any information regarding his purchase but his card had been charged. "[redacted]" responded and said that she had been ill but he would have a tracking number by April 30, 2015. He never received this tracking information. He emailed a follow-up letter on May 3, 2015 and did not receive a response. On May 14, 2015 he received an email stating that his order had been shipped. The tracking number sent to us did not work. I emailed [redacted] on May 21, 2015 to ask for the correct shipping information. She gave me a shipping number and stated that I would have it within a week. The package never arrived and the shipping number reflects that the order is in "pre-shipping" which means that the sender has not yet shipped the package. I emailed her on May 29, 2015 requesting an update on the package. I received no response. I emailed her on June 2, 2015 requesting an update and I received no response. My husband emailed her on June 4, 2015 and received no response.Desired SettlementI would like for the deployment gift my husband purchased to be delivered as quickly as possible. If this resolution cannot be reached then I would like a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost paid by my husband. I have not received my order and can not get any response from the company on what is going on. I had placed and order of a custome sweatshirt and tank top. Order turn around times was 20-24 days when placed that included shipping time, no problem. August 10th I contacted them through their online message system, I wanted to know if I could add something to my order, never got a response. But remind you the 21st of July the order total of about $78 was taken out. Then again on 8/16 I sent an email through the email provided [redacted]@rocketmail.com asking again if I could add and item but if it would Change my recieval time then I didn't want to, again no response. So again on 8/24 I sent another message through their online message system stating that today was day 26 and still says my order is awaiting fulfillment I would like an update from someone since there is no # for me to call, no response. Then on 8/29 I sent another email through the email provided asking if or when my order is going to ship since I still hadn't gotten a response. Then on 9/1 I sent another online message saying if I do not receive a response or my items I want my money back, again no response. Then 9/20 I sent a email stated I have confirmed a payment went through and if I don't get my money back or my items within 48 hrs I'm going to the Revdex.com, I have attempted to context you numerous times. Then today 9/29 I sent another online message saying I have not heard anything I am going to Revdex.com.Desired SettlementI would still like to relieve my items since I have waited this long. But honestly feel like I should receive some type of discount. But if there not perfect and fit properly. I want my complete payment returned and want an explanation as to why you blainty ignore paying customers, after you have recieved the money

I ordered a jacket 14 weeks ago and have not received it. I was supposed to get it after 6 weeks.On June 29th I ordered a 1/4 zip jacket from love and war clothing. She was very clear that she needed up to 6 weeks to complete my order, however it has been 14 weeks now and I still haven't received it. I've emailed her multiple times concerning this and I cannot get a response whatsoever. My order number is #XXXXX and I paid $53.95 with my MasterCard.Desired SettlementI would absolutely love to receive my jacket, but if she cannot get it to me soon I'd like to have my money refunded so I can go elsewhere.

Purchased in October 2015. Order received damaged. Return item but never got exchange or refund. Emailed numerous times & still nothing after 6 monthsOn 10/26/15 I placed an order for a sweatshirt (order #XXXXX). 12/10/20/15 I received my order and sent an email to[redacted] with pictures showing the hole in the sweatshirt. 12/13/15 received response from [redacted] inquiring about the damage. I responded the same day. 12/25/15 I received a return shipping label. I was not informed that the label had a 24 hr time limit and since it was Christmas day, I didn't not print the label right away. I had to contact [redacted] after the holidays to request another return shipping label. 1/22/16 I received an email from [redacted] that my return item was received and a new one would be sent out early the following week. 2/15/16 I sent an email requesting an update as I had not gotten a response since 1/22. 2/19/16 [redacted] replied that she would look into it and get back to me shortly. 2/24/16 I emailed requesting an update as I had not received a response yet. 3/2/16 I sent my 2nd attempt to get a response.3/14/16 I sent my 3rd attempt to get a response. 3/25/16 I received an email from [redacted] saying that my order should have gone out and that their system showed my order completed. Said she would look into it and get me a refund ASAP if my package could not be located. 4/5/16 Sent my 1st attempt to contact after no response or refund or package. 4/14/16 Sent my 2nd attempt to contact after no response or refund or package. 4/21/16 Sent my 3rd attempt to contact after no response or refund or package.Desired SettlementI would like to be contacted with a resolution and have some actual follow through. I want to be done chasing this company and trying to get my merchandise/money from them. I would like to either received the item that I purchased or a refund. Ideally, they should send me the item I purchased and a refund for all the trouble. This company has been completely unprofessional and it's been the most infuriating experience I have ever had with a company. I understand the disclaimer on the website about the business being run by one person and how things take time, but 6 months of a paying customer having to continually try to track down what happened to their merchandise or their money is just ridiculous and extremely bad business.

I got one email back asking for my order number and have not heard anything back. The amount I paid for the shirt was $30.95 + shipping. I placed my order in February of 2015, and received it in April 2015. Yes, there is a wait, but that fact is stated several times on the website so I didn't mind. I was so excited when I got my stuff (almost 200 dollars worth, yes I have a shopping problem) but the point is I LOVE ALL OF IT. The quality is great, the designs are adorable, and the owner was so sweet to customize certain items for me. Seriously, money well spent and worth waiting for. I will be ordering again. I placed my order over two months ago. My order has been listed as shipped for over a month. I have not received my order. I placed an order with this company on 03/21/2015. Order #[redacted]. When I placed my order it was made known to me that orders were taking approximately 20 business days to fill. I did not hear anything from this company until 05/04/2015, well more than the 20 day period, when I finally received an email that my order had shipped via [redacted] and provided me with a tracking number of [redacted]. I attempted to track the order via [redacted] website however it stated that there was no information regarding this tracking number. On 05/13/2015 I still had not received this order and [redacted] still had nothing on file for the tracking number. I sent an email to the company on this date inquiring about my order. I did not get any type of response for a week, so I sent a second email on 05/19/2015 in regards to my order. I finally received an email on 05/20/2015 that stated the tracking number they provided me was "off by one digit" but they would not provide me with my correct tracking number. The email further stated that they would look into what happened with my order and get back to me as soon as possible. By 06/01/2015 I had yet to receive an email as to what they were able to figure out with my order. I sent another follow up email on this date asking what they were able to find. I also informed them that this process has taken entirely too long and I either want a correct tracking number for my order showing it en route already, or a full refund for my order as the money was taken out of my account on 03/23/2015. I have yet to receive any other email from the company and have not received my order as of this complaint. Desired SettlementI simply want to receive my order if it actually has been completed and would like a valid tracking number showing the order is on its way to me. Otherwise I want a full refund. I received my order from this company on 06/04/2015. The order was correct and there were no issues with the product. No further assistance is needed in this matter.

Unresponsive to emails & false delivery datesI placed an order on May 3rd when the website said the turn around time was 20-30 business days... It is now July 21st and my order just shipped this week and has yet to arrive. That's 55+ business days without the product even arriving. I sent several emails about my order including all the necessary information and received absolutely not response- not even an automated message. I previously ordered from this site and thought it was a fluke when the order took two months to arrive- clearly this is an frequent occurrence and the owner always seems to have an excuse.Desired SettlementRegardless of the various excuses for the late orders this appears to be an ongoing issue for this site/company based on reviews online. The owner should realize that quality is better than quantity so perhaps only accepting so many orders a month, giving a REALISTIC delivery time, and selling pre-made items is the best solution. This site/company has by far THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced and the actual products aren't even worth the cost. Basically their process seems to be ignore emails/complaints, blame it one outside factors and refuse to do anything to make it up to customers. Other companies online are beginning to offer the same products in a more timely manner and for less so if this company doesn't shape up it won't survive. Ordered item March 2015 & as of July 2015 no item has been delivered. Item has been paid for already. I understand the turnaround time is long. It is stated in the web site. However, I ordered a ready to ship item along with a personalized item not really thinking about it at the time that I should have done two separate orders. I messaged and asked if I could pay shipping to have the ready to ship item sent asap and was told they'd all ship together the next week. It has been just about three weeks, no shipment. Messaged twice through messages on her website and on Instagram with no response. It's rather frustrating not getting any response. I understand she's a one woman shop, but maybe she should only open a certain amount of orders at a time if she can't handle it all at once. I would think communication with customers should be a priority too.","neg-6
